บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัญหาและเปรียบเทียบระดับปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานีตามความเห็นของครูที่มี อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงานและปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดแตกต่างกัน และเพื่อประมวลข้อเสนอแนะและแนวทางการพัฒนา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี จำนวน 390 คน และผู้ให้ข้อมูลสัมภาษณ์ จำนวน 9 คน แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณจากครูและแบบสัมภาษณ์ในการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพจากผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณประกอบด้วย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การทดสอบค่าเอฟ และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาสำหรับข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ <br /><br />

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการ โรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานีโดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการด้านหลักสูตรและด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผลมีการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้และด้านสื่อ เทคโนโลยี การเรียนการสอนมีการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการ ของครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี จำแนกตามตัวแปร อายุ ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดแตกต่างกัน โดยภาพรวม พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์การทำงาน มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 <br /><br />
ข้อเสนอแนะและแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการ โรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี ดังนี้<br /><br />
1. ด้านหลักสูตร ควรจัดทำหลักสูตรท้องถิ่นให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทตามสภาพของแต่ละท้องถิ่น ให้ความสำคัญกับชุมชน แบ่งหลักสูตรตามความสามารถความชำนาญของผู้เรียน มีการพัฒนาตลอดเวลา จัดอบรม สัมมนาการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการนำไปใช้ <br /><br />
2. ด้านกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ ควรเน้นเรื่องการอ่าน คิดวิเคราะห์ ให้นักเรียนเรียนรู้ประสบการณ์ชีวิตจากสภาพความเป็นจริง จัดการเรียนรู้โดยมีนักเรียนเป็นศูนย์กลางในการเรียนรู้ ครูต้องมีกลยุทธ์ที่หลากหลายค่อยกระตุ้นแก่นักเรียน เลือกกิจกรรมให้สอดคล้องและจัดกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ให้เหมาะสม <br /><br />
3. ด้านสื่อ เทคโนโลยี การเรียนการสอน ควรจัด สื่อ เทคโนโลยีให้เพียงพอและอำนวยความสะดวกต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอน สามารถสืบค้นหาข้อมูลได้อย่างทั่วถึง ควรพัฒนาสื่อ เทคโนโลยีการเรียนการสอนต่างๆ ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้ครูผลิตสื่อทุกกลุ่มสาระ<br /><br />
4. ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล ควรวัดผลและประเมินผลตามสภาพความเป็นจริง ครูวิชาสามัญและศาสนาต้องมีการอบรม/ประชุมในเรื่องการวัดและประเมินผล เพื่อให้เป็นไปในทางเดียวกัน ซ่อมเสริมสำหรับผู้เรียนที่ไม่ผ่านการประเมินอย่างต่อเนื่องและติดตามผลการประเมินทุกครั้ง และรายงานผลการเรียนแก่นักเรียน ผู้ปกครอง อย่างสม่ำเสมอ <br /><br />

This research aimed to examine problems and compare Academic Affairs Management in Islamic Private Schools under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Private Education, Pattani Province as perceived by teachers based on age, educational qualifications, work experiences and school size and to propose guidelines for developing academic affairs Management in Islamic Private Schools under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Private Education, Pattani Province. The samples of the study include 390 teachers in Islamic Private Schools under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Private Education, Pattani Province, and 9 interviewees. The Questionnaire and interview were used to collect research data. The statistics employed to analyze the data consists of percentage, average, standard deviation, T (t-test) and F (F-test).<br /><br />
The findings of this study were as follows: Problems of Academic Affairs Management in Islamic Private Schools under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Private Education, Pattani Province, for the overall level was high. Considering each dimension of its problems, it was found that the level of problem in curriculum, assessment and evaluation were high. While, the level of problems in leaning process and media and technology used for teaching and learning were moderate. On the comparation analysis of problems of Academic Affairs Management, in Islamic Private Schools under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Private Education, Pattani Province, the research showed that there were no significant different for overall level of the problems based on age, educational qualifications, work experiences and school size. However, a statistically significant difference of problems of Academic Affairs Management based on educational qualifications and work experiences was found at 0.05. <br /><br />
The proposed suggestions and guidelines for developing academic affairs Management as follows:-<br /><br />
1. The curriculum: The local curriculum should be developed in accordance with the conditions of each local context, by giving importance to community. Curriculum showed be designed in response to students? potential and be continuously developed. Training and seminar on curriculum development and its implementation showed be conducted.<br /><br />
2. The leaning process: There Should be a focus on reading and critical thinking. Students need to learn life experience from the reality. Student-centered learning be organized and teachers need to adopt a vanity of strategy to encourage Student learning. Selecting suitable learning activities as well as organizing appropriate learning process showed also be emphasized.<br /><br />
3. Media, technology and teaching: Media and technology should be sufficiently provided to facilitate teaching and learning. Data search system must be accessible by all. The development of media, technology for teaching and learning showed be promoted and the schools showed encourage teachers to develop instructional media for all subjects. <br /><br />
4. Assessment and evaluation: Assessment and evaluation should be conducted based on reality thing. All academic and religion subject teachers must get involved in training / seminar on assessment and evaluation, so that everyone would make to the same practice as for as the assessment and evaluation are concerned. There should be remedial class for students who fair in their evaluation and a follow-up evaluation results and reporting study results to students and guardians showed always be conducted by the schools.<br /><br />
