	บทคัดย่อ/Abstract	การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ความคิดเห็นในการปฏิบัติงานของคณะกรรมการกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิต จังหวัดปัตตานี และ 2) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความคิดเห็นในการปฏิบัติงานของคณะกรรมการกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิต จังหวัดปัตตานี โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ คณะกรรมการกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิตในจังหวัดปัตตานี จำนวน 300 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ทดสอบความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้ไคสแควร์ (Chi-square test) ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ความคิดเห็นในการปฏิบัติงานของคณะกรรมการกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิต จังหวัดปัตตานี จำแนกเป็น 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านความสามารถเข้าถึงแหล่งทุนอื่น และด้านการมี ส่วนร่วมกับเครือข่ายกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิต โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (X= 2.93) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากสุด ( X = 3.03) คือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมกับเครือข่ายกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิต และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยสุด ( X =2.84) คือ ด้านกลุ่มมีความสามารถเข้าถึงแหล่งทุนอื่น ทั้งนี้ เมื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความคิดเห็นในการปฏิบัติงานของคณะกรรมการกลุ่ม ออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิต จังหวัดปัตตานี ในด้านความสามารถเข้าถึงแหล่งทุนอื่น และด้านการมี ส่วนร่วมกับเครือข่ายกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิต พบว่า ปัจจัยสนับสนุนได้แก่ ตัวแปรภาวะผู้นำ มีผลต่อความคิดเห็นในการปฏิบัติงานของคณะกรรมการกลุ่มออมทรัพย์เพื่อการผลิตทั้งสองด้าน อย่างมีนัยส าคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 The research aimed to study 1) the opinion in performance of saving for production group committees, Pattani province and 2) factors related to the opinion in performance of saving for production group committees, Pattani province. The samples were 300 committees in saving for production group, Pattani province, collecting data by employed the tools of the questionnaire and in - depth interview. The statistics for analyzing were descriptive statistics and Chi-square test. The result of the research found that the opinion in performance of saving for production group committees, Pattani province was 1) accessing other sources of fund and 2) participating networks of saving for production group. In overall, it was at medium level ( X = 2.93) and it was considered in each aspect found that participating network of saving for production group have opinion for performance at highest level ( X = 3.03) and accessing other sources of funds at lowest level ( X = 2.84). Factors related to the opinion in performance of saving for production group committees, Pattani province in aspect of accessing the sources of funds and participating to networks of saving for production group found that the leadership variable to the both of them. Thus, the study showed leadership affecting performance of saving for production group committees at statistically significant level of 0.05.
