	บทคัดย่อ/Abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการดำเนินงานตามระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามจังหวัดยะลา 2)เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานตามระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามจังหวัดยะลา จำแนกตามเพศ ตำแหน่งหน้าที่และขนาดของโรงเรียน และ 3) เพื่อประมวลข้อเสนอแนะการดำเนินงานตามระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามจังหวัดยะลา เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากประชากรที่เป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามจังหวัดยะลา จำนวน 115 คน และการสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่เป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 10 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการดำเนินงานตามระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามจังหวัดยะลา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ยกเว้นด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคลมีการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานตามระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามจังหวัดยะลา จำแนกตามเพศ พบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนตำแหน่งหน้าที่และขนาดของโรงเรียน พบว่าแตกต่างกัน 3) ประมวลข้อเสนอแนะ พบว่า โรงเรียนควรทำความเข้าใจกับผู้ปกครองในเรื่องวัตถุประสงค์ของการดำเนินงานตามระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน และควรเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ปกครองเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนและคิดกระบวนการทำงานร่วมกัน The objectives of the present study are: (1) to examine the actual and expected roles of school administrators in learning management as perceived by teachers in Islamic private school in Satun province; (2) to compare the actual and expected roles of school administrators in learning management among the teachers of different sex, level of education, teaching experience and school sizes; and (3) to suggest the way to improve administrators? learning management in the Islamic private schools. 212 teachers of Islamic private schools and 6 experts in Satun were selected as sample for this study. Questionnaires and interview list were used as the instruments to collect data which were analyzed usingstatistical software. The researcher employed descriptive statistics, including frequency distributions, means andstandard deviation; and estimated differences among means using t-test and F-test.The results in this study showed that:(1) The teachers rated the actual roles of schools administrators in learning management as ?medium?, and the expected roles at a ?very high?;(2) There were no significant differences of opinions among the teachers of different sex, levels of education and teaching experiences on the actual roles of school administrators in learning management. The differences were, however, reported of the teachers of different school size at .01 level of significance;(3) There was significant difference of perceptions on expected roles of school administrators among the teachers of different sex at .05 level of significance. This was similar to the teachers of various levels of education, teaching experiences and school sizes which were statistically significant at .01 level of significance (4) In order to improve learning management in Islamic private school, the teachers suggested that the administrators should provide sufficient teaching and learning materials and increase budgetary support to create a friendly environment for learning both inside and outside the classroom. Parents and community should be given opportunities to provide ideas and comments to improve schools? activities. In addition, the administrators should implement a better performance management system. Honest praise and rewards should be given to the teachers with high level of performance.
