	บทคัดย่อ/Abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสามจังหวัดชายแดนใต้ ของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานและสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารดรงเรียน ทั้งหมด 580 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสามจังหวัดชายแดนใต้ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.992 จากนั้นทำการวิเคาระห์ข้อมูลโดยวิธีการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ (Exploratory Factor Analysis) สกัดองค์ประกอบด้วยวิธีตัวประกอบหลักหมุนแกนตัวประกอบออโธโกนอลด้วยวิธีแวริแมกซ์ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการบริหารการเงินและพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคล 2) พัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาและดำเนินการจัดการเรียนการสอน 3) ด้านการบริหารกิจการนักเรียน 4) ด้านการจัดการสารสนเทศ 5) ด้านงานติดตาม ประเมินผลและประชาสัมพันธ์ 6) ด้านการบริหารนโยบาย แผนงานและส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติงาน 7) ด้านการบริหารงานธุรการ 8) ด้านการบริหารความเปลี่ยนแปลง The purpose of this study was to investigate the competencies of school administrators in three southern border provinces. Data collected from the sample consisting of 580 school administrators from Office of the Basic Education Commission and Office of the Private Education Commission. Participants were recruited by purposive sampling. The research instrument was competencies of school administrators in three southern border provinces questionnaire. The reliability of questionaire was 0.992. The data were analyzed using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), principle component extraction and orthogonal rotation with varimax method. The findings were as follows: eight significant components of competencies of school administrators in three southern border provinces were identified. There were 1) Financial resources management and human resource management 2) Educational quality development and instructional management 3) School affairs management 4) Information management 5) Monitoring and evaluation and public relation management 6) Policy management, planning and performance promotion 7) Secretarial management 8) Change management.
