	บทคัดย่อ/Abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับบทบาทการนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในจังหวัดยะลา 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับบทบาทการนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในจังหวัดยะลา จำแนกตามเพศ ต าแหน่ง วุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ และขนาดของโรงเรียน และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะและแนวทางการพัฒนาบทบาทการนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในจังหวัดยะลา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในจังหวัดยะลา จำนวน 338 คน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญกำหนดแนวทางการพัฒนาบทบาทการนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหาร จำนวน 5 คน โดยแบ่งการศึกษาออกเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนที่ 1 เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวระดับบทบาทการนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และขั้นตอนที่ 2 เป็นการสัมภาษณ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์เพื่อกำหนดแนวทางการพัฒนาบทบาทการนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ระดับบทบาทการนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในจังหวัดยะลา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบบทบาทการนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในจังหวัดยะลา พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามที่มีเพศ ตำแหน่ง วุฒิการศึกษา และขนาดโรงเรียนต่างกันโดยภาพรวมความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนที่มีประสบการณ์ต่างกันโดยภาพรวมมีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ข้อเสนอแนะและแนวทางการพัฒนาบทบาทการนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในจังหวัดยะลา มี 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านหลักสูตรและการน าหลักสูตรไปใช้ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล ด้านการจัดการบริหารงานบุคคล และด้านการสร้างขวัญและก าลังใจ This research aimed 1) to study the level of internal supervision roles of Islamic private school administrators in Yala province, 2) to compare the level of internal supervision roles of Islamic private school administrators in Yala province classified by gender, position, qualifications, experience and the size of school and 3) to study the suggestions and guidelines for the development of supervision roles of Islamic private school administrators in Yala province. The samples used in this research were 338 teachers of Islamic private schools in Yala province and 5 guidelines setting professional for development of internal supervision roles of school administrators. The study was divided into two steps; step 1, the research survey; research tool was questionnaire on the level of internal supervision roles of school administrators, and step 2, the interview; research tool was interviews to determine guidelines for the development of internal supervision roles of school administrators. The results of this research found that: 1. The level of internal supervision roles of Islamic private school administrators in Yala province overall and each aspect is at a moderate level. 2. The comparison result of internal supervision roles of Islamic private school administrators in Yala province found that respondents who had gender, position qualification and different size of schools overall there were no difference opinions. For the different experience overall had difference opinions statistically significant at the .05 level. 3. There were five aspects of the suggestions and guidelines for the development of supervision roles of Islamic private school administrators in Yala province. These include Curriculum and Curriculum Implementation, Management of Teaching and Learning, Measurement and Evaluation, Personnel Administration and Build Morale and Encouragement.
