	บทคัดย่อ/Abstract	การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาบทเรียนบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต โดยใช้กระบวนการจัดการความรู้ เรื่องการแพร่กระจายนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ไม่น้อยกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80 (2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน จากการใช้บทเรียนบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต โดยใช้กระบวนการจัดการความรู้ เรื่องการแพร่กระจายนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา (3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อการใช้บทเรียนบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตโดยใช้กระบวนการจัดการความรู้ เรื่องการแพร่กระจายนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา<br /><br /> กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย นิสิตระดับปริญญาโทสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ สำหรับใช้ในการหาประสิทธิภาพของบทเรียนบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต จำนวน 42 คน และนักศึกษา<br /><br /> ระดับปริญญาโท สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ สำหรับใช้ในการหาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียน จำนวน 10 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน<br /><br /> และการทดสอบค่าทีผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) บทเรียนบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต โดยใช้กระบวนการจัดการความรู้ เรื่องการแพร่กระจายนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 82.30/80.17 (2)ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมสติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ (3) ความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนด้วยบทเรียนบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต อยู่ในระดับความพึงพอใจมาก <br /><br /> The purposes of this research were: (1) to develop the web-based instruction courseware based on knowledge management process in diffusion of innovation in education unit with efficiency scores of no less than 80/80 ; (2) to compare the students? pre-test and post-test scores after using the web-based instruction courseware; and (3) to study the students? satisfaction with the web-based instruction courseware based on knowledge management process. The samples in the study were forty-two graduate students from Thaksin University for finding the effectiveness of the courseware, and ten graduate students from Prince of Songkhla University for finding the learning the achievement and satisfaction with courseware. The statistics for data analysis were means, standard deviation, and t-test for dependent samples.<br /><br /> The results revealed that: (1) web-based instruction courseware based on knowledge management process in diffusion of innovation in education had the efficiency scores of 82.30/80.17; (2) the students' posttest scores of learning achievement were significantly higher than their pretest scores at the .05 level of significance; and (3) the students were highly satisfied with web-based instruction in every aspect.
