	บทคัดย่อ/Abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ 2) ศึกษาระดับปัจจัยด้านการบริหารของโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านการบริหารกับคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ 4) หาตัวแปรพยากรณ์ปัจจัยด้านการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียนเอกชนในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างสำหรับงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพในการสัมภาษณ์ คือ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 6 คน ส่วนกลุ่มตัวอย่างสำหรับงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ คือ โรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ จำนวน 113 โรงเรียน ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามโรงเรียนละ 6 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 678 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .908 สถิติที่ใช้ในการในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน <br /> ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้<br /> 1. คุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้<br /> ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก<br /> 2. ปัจจัยด้านการบริหารของโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในสามจังหวัดชายแดน<br /> ภาคใต้ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก<br /> 3. ปัจจัยด้านการบริหารกับคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามใน<br /> สามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกค่อนข้างต่ำ อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ<br /> <br /> <br /> 4. ตัวแปรพยากรณ์ปัจจัยด้านการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียนเอกชน<br /> สอนศาสนาอิสลามในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ มี 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ การมุ่งเน้นผู้เรียน และภาวะผู้นำ ซึ่งมีอำนาจพยากรณ์ร้อยละ 7.4 อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ซึ่งมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การพยากรณ์สูงสุด ซึ่งสามารถเขียนเป็นสมการณ์พยากรณ์ในรูปแบบของคะแนนดิบและคะแนนมาตรฐาน ได้ดังนี้<br /> <br /> สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ<br /> ? = 3.890 + .262 X2 + .-242X2<br /> สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน<br /> ?y = .427X2 + -.278X1 <br /> This study aimed at investigating 1) The level of educational quality of <br /> Islamic private schools in three southern border provinces. 2) The level of<br /> administrative factors of Islamic private schools in three southern border <br /> provinces. 3) The relationship between administrative factors and educational <br /> quality of Islamic private schools in three southern border provinces. 4) The <br /> predictors of administrative factors affecting educational quality of Islamic <br /> private schools in three southern border provinces. This research data was <br /> collected by qualitative and quantitative methods.The sample groups of qualitative <br /> methods for interview were 6 school directors, The sample groups of quantitative <br /> methods were 678 persons from 113 sampling sample school. The instrument was <br /> five-rating-scale questionnaire. With reliability of .908. The statics were based on <br /> mean, standard deviation, the Pearson?s product moment correlation coefficient and <br /> stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings were summarized as follows :<br /> 1) The level of educational quality of Islamic private schools in <br /> three southern border provinces was at a high level in general and all aspects of the study<br /> 2) The level of administrative factors of Islamic private schools <br /> in three southern border provinces was at a high level in general and all aspects of the study<br /> 3) The relationship between administrative factors and educational <br /> quality of Islamic private schools in three southern border provinces, was positively related with the No statistically significant.<br /> 4) The predictors of Administrative factors affecting educational <br /> quality of Islamic private schools in three southern border provinces were 2 aspects: focus on learners, and leadership, with the predictive power of 7.4 percent, No statistically significant <br /> Regression equation in the form of Unstandardized Score<br /> ? = 3.890 + .262 X2 + .-242X2<br /> Regression equation in the form of Standardized Score<br /> ?y = .427X2 + -.278X1 <br />
