	บทคัดย่อ/Abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาวิธีการตัรบียะฮฺนักเรียน ในโรงเรียนหาดใหญ่วิทยาคาร อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา 2) ศึกษาปัญหาในการตัรบียะฮฺนักเรียนในโรงเรียนหาดใหญ่วิทยาคาร อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา 3) รวบรวมข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการพัฒนาวิธีการตัรบียะฮฺนักเรียนในโรงเรียนหาดใหญ่วิทยาคาร อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา โดยการวิจัยนี้ได้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบกรณีศึกษา ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและการสนทนากลุ่ม ซึ่งมีผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก คือกลุ่มตัวอย่างในโรงเรียนหาดใหญ่วิทยาคาร ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 5 คน ครูจำนวน 6 คน และนักเรียน จำนวน 11 คน รวมทั้งหมด 22 คนผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. วิธีการตัรบียะฮฺในโรงเรียนหาดใหญ่วิทยาคารมี 6 วิธีได้แก่ 1) การใช้เรื่องราวจากอัลกุรอานและอัลหะดีษ 2) การเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี 3) การสนทนา 4) การฝึกแบบค่อยเป็นค่อยไปจนเกิดความเคยชิน 5) การลงโทษ และ6) การทำค่าย 2. ปัญหาในการตัรบียะฮฺในโรงเรียนหาดใหญ่วิทยาคารได้แก่ 1) ครูยังขาดความเชี่ยวชาญในการนำอัลกุรอานและอัลหะดิษมาใช้ในการตัรบียะฮฺนักเรียน 2) การแสดงออกของครูมูร็อบบีย์บางท่านในสิ่งที่ไม่เหมาะสมต่อการเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีของครู 3) การบริหารเวลาของทางโรงเรียนในการจัดกิจกรรมตัรบียะฮฺนักเรียน 4) การใช้เวลาของครูมูร็อบบีย์บางท่านซึ่งหมดไปกับสิ่งที่ไม่เป็นประโยชน์ ในขณะที่กำลังตัรบียะฮฺนักเรียนด้วยการฝึกให้เกิดความเคยชิน 5) มาตรฐานในการลงโทษนักเรียนที่ยังไม่เป็นวิธีการเดียวกัน 6) การติดตามและประเมินผลการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียน ที่ได้ดำเนินการในส่วนของการปฏิบัติ แต่ยังขาดการติดตามและประเมินถึงผลสัมฤทธิ์ของการดำเนินงาน 7) ผลตอบรับจากผู้ปกครองบางส่วน ที่ยังไม่พร้อมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของนักเรียนหลังจากได้รับการตัรบียะฮฺ 3. ผลการรวบรวมข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการพัฒนาวิธีการตัรบียะฮฺนักเรียนในโรงเรียนหาดใหญ่วิทยาคาร อำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา มีดังนี้ 1) สร้างแรงจูงใจให้ครูมีกำลังใจในการศึกษาความรู้เพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับอัลกุรอานและอัลหะดิษ และหาบุคลากรภายนอกที่มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้อัลกุรอานและอัลหะดิษมาปฏิบัติงานตัรบียะฮฺนักเรียนร่วมกับครูในโรงเรียน 2) พัฒนาครูมูร็อบบีย์ไปสู่การเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี 3) การจัดสรรเวลาให้เหมาะสมเพื่อให้ครูมุร็อบบีย์สามารถปฏิบัติหน้าที่ มีเวลาเพียงพอในการตัรบียะฮฺนักเรียน 3) ติดตามและประเมินผลสัมฤทธิ์ของการดำเนินงานตัรบียะฮฺนักเรียน 4) ทำความเข้าใจกับผู้ปกครองให้ทราบถึงวิธีการและผลที่เกิดกับนักเรียนหลังจากได้รับการตัรบียะฮฺ The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the Tarbiyah Method of Hatyai Wittayakarn School, Hat Yai, Songkla 2) to understand the problems related to students' tarbiyah in Hat Yai Wittayakarn school, Hat Yai, Songkla 3) to formulate and conceptualize the resolutions to the problems and recommend supplementary methodologies for further development of the current tarbiyah methodology. In this study we investigated the problems using case-based qualitative method including in-depth interview and group discussion. Five administrative staffs, six teachers and twenty students (together 22 people) were chosen as representatives of the whole people involved in the tarbiyah responsibility.<br /><br /> It was found that : 1. The school used six methods in its tarbiyah namely: 1) story telling from Al-Qur'an and Al-Hadith 2) encouraging students to follow the step of people who serve as good role-models 3) group discussion 4) repetitive good practices until they had become habits 5) punishment and 6) tarbiyah camps. 2. There were seven problems related to the tarbiyah process namely: 1) the teachers lacked of sufficient expertise in reciting and explaining the meaning of Al-Qur'an and Al-Hadith to the students 2) some teachers did not behave according to the Islamic norm and thus showed inferior examples to the students 3) the school could not manage the tarbiyah time-schedules efficiently 4) during repetitive good practices which were imposed on the students, some teachers stayed idle and wasting their time with non-constructive activities 5) no standard criteria for punishment and it was applied inconsistently 6) the school could not implement the monitoring and evaluation processes for tarbiyah activities effectively 7) some parents were not ready to push students to continue their tarbiyah activities and impregnated habits while at homes<br /><br /> 3. We recommend the following measure to enhance the current tarbiyah process: 1) create suitable incentives for teachers in pursuing their Qur'anic and Hadith studies or/and get the external Qur'anic and Hadith experts involved into the tarbiyah process with both students and teachers 2) futher develop the current Murabbis to the level of good role-models 3) allocate sufficient and suitable time such that Murabbis can manage the tarbiyah processes effectively 4) implement an effective monitoring and evaluation methods for the tarbiyah processes 4) get the parents involved in the tarbiyah process so that they proceed the processes at their homes.
