บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้างเชิงเส้นปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลการจัดการศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเขตภูมิศาสตร์ภาคใต้ และเพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลทางตรง อิทธิพลทางอ้อม และอิทธิพลรวมของปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลการจัดการศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเขตภูมิศาสตร์ภาคใต้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอาจารย์ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเขตภูมิศาสตร์ภาคใต้ทั้ง 5 แห่ง ได้แก่ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสงขลา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช และมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏยะลา จำนวน 500 คน ตัวแปรเชิงสาเหตุที่ศึกษามี 5 ตัวแปร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลการจัดการศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเขตภูมิศาสตร์ภาคใต้ จำนวน 7 ตอน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์เส้นทางอิทธิพล (Path Analysis) ด้วยโปรแกรม LISREL 8.72<br /><br />
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า<br /><br />
1. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร วัฒนธรรมองค์การ ความพึงพอใจในงาน เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และบรรยากาศองค์การ เป็นปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุตามรูปแบบความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้างเชิงเส้น และมีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลการจัดการศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเขตภูมิศาสตร์ภาคใต้<br /><br />
2. ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลการจัดการศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเขตภูมิศาสตร์ภาคใต้ มีดังนี้ ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลทางตรงเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่บรรยากาศองค์การ วัฒนธรรมองค์การ ความพึงพอใจในงาน เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร และปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ 1) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโดยส่งผ่านบรรยากาศองค์การและความพึงพอใจในงาน และ 2) วัฒนธรรมองค์การโดยส่งผ่านความพึงพอใจในงานและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ
This research aimed to construct the linear structural equation model causal factors influencing higher education management effectiveness of the Rajabhat University in thesouthern regional area and to identify direct, indirect, and total effects of the casual factors influencing higher education management effectiveness of that university. The study samples were 500 lecturers of the five Rajabhat Universities: Songkhla, Phuket, Suratthani, Nakorn Sri Thammarat, and Yala. The variables consisted of five causal variables. The study instrument was the questionnaire on causal factors that was comprised of seven main sections. Data analysis was performed using frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviations, pearson?s product-moment correlation coefficients, and path analysis with LISREL Software version 8.72.<br />
The results of the research found that:<br />
1. Leadership of the administrators, organizational culture, job satisfaction, information technology and organizational climate were linear structural equation model causal factors and influenced to higher education management effectiveness of the Rajabhat University in the southern regional area.<br />
2. Factors influencing higher education management effectiveness of Rajabhat University in southern regional area were as follows: the factors had the direct influences in descending order consisting of organizational climate, organizational culture, job satisfaction, information technology and leadership of the administrators. Additionally, the factors had indirect influences in descending order; 1) leadership of the administrators by through organizational climate and job satisfaction, and 2) organizational culture by through job satisfaction and information technology. |
