	บทคัดย่อ/Abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาบทเรียนบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตตามแนวทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้เพื่อสร้างสรรค์ด้วยปัญญา เรื่องการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้วยโปรแกรม Pro/Engineer และเพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะด้านความรู้ ทักษะและเจตคติ ที่เกิดจากบทเรียนบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตตามแนวทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้เพื่อสร้างสรรค์ด้วยปัญญา เรื่องการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้วยโปรแกรม Pro/Engineer โดยศึกษากับกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียน กาบังพิทยาคม จ านวน 28 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ บทเรียนบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต แบบประเมินคุณภาพบทเรียนบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต แบบวัดสมรรถนะของนักเรียนจากการใช้บทเรียนบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตด้านความรู้ ทักษะและเจตคติของนักเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานแบบ One Sample t-Test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) คุณภาพของบทเรียนบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตตามแนวทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้เพื่อสร้างสรรค์ด้วยปัญญามีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก (2) ประสิทธิภาพของบทเรียนบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตมีประสิทธิภาพที่ 82.85/84.80 (3) สมรรถนะของนักเรียนหลังการใช้บทเรียนบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต ด้านความรู้ มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 80.57 ด้านทักษะในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Pro/ENGINEER อยู่ในระดับดี และด้านเจตคติอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง Product Design using Pro / Engineer and to the performance of knowledge.
