บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
การศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับสภาพการปฏิบัติจริงกับความคาดหวังในการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือและเนตรนารีในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี 2) เปรียบเทียบสภาพการปฏิบัติจริงกับความคาดหวังในการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือและเนตรนารีในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี 3) เปรียบเทียบสภาพการปฏิบัติจริงในการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือและเนตรนารีในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี ระหว่างความเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน 4) เปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังในการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือและเนตรนารีในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี ระหว่างความเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน 5) เปรียบเทียบสภาพการปฏิบัติจริงในการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือและเนตรนารีในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี ของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดโรงเรียน 6) เปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังในการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือและเนตรนารีในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี ของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดโรงเรียน 7) เพื่อประมวลสภาพปัญหาและแนวทางการแก้ไขและพัฒนาการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือและ เนตรนารีในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี<br /><br />
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอนลูกเสือและ เนตรนารีในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี รวมทั้งสิ้น 196 คน จำแนกเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาทุกโรง จำนวน 48 คน และครูผู้สอนลูกเสือและเนตรนารี จำนวน 148 คน และกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการสัมภาษณ์จำนวน 6 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าการทดสอบที (t-test) ค่าการทดสอบเอฟ (F-test) และค่าเปรียบเทียบเชิงซ้อน (Multiple Comparison)<br /><br />
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการปฏิบัติจริงกับความคาดหวังในการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือและเนตรนารีในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) สภาพการปฏิบัติจริงกับความคาดหวังในการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือและเนตรนารีในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี โดยรวมแตกต่างกัน 3) สภาพการปฏิบัติจริงในการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือและเนตรนารีในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี ระหว่างความเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน โดยรวมแตกต่างกัน 4) ความคาดหวังในการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือและเนตรนารีในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี ระหว่างความเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน 5) สภาพการปฏิบัติจริงในการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือและเนตรนารีในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี ของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ และขนาดโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน 6) ความคาดหวังในการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือและเนตรนารีในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี ของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ และขนาดโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน 7) สภาพปัญหาและแนวทางการแก้ไขและพัฒนาการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือและเนตรนารีของผู้บริหารในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนจังหวัดปัตตานี ที่ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนสะท้อนมากที่สุด คือ 1) ไม่มีเอกภาพในเรื่องของเครื่องแบบลูกเสือและเนตรนารีในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม ส่วนกลางควรกำหนดให้ชัดเจนเลยว่าเครื่องแบบและเครื่องหมายของลูกเสือและเนตรนารี ตลอดจนผู้บังคับบัญชาลูกเสือและเนตรนารีสำหรับมุสลิมทุกประเภท จะต้องแต่งเครื่องแบบและติดเครื่องหมายอย่างไร และประกาศใช้กับโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามและโรงเรียนที่มีนักเรียนมุสลิมอยู่ด้วยเพื่อจะได้เป็นแนวทางปฏิบัติเดียวกัน 2) งบประมาณในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนลูกเสือและเนตรนารีในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามไม่เพียงพอต่อการดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรม ภาครัฐควรเพิ่มงบประมาณสนับสนุนในการจัดกิจกรรมลูกเสือและเนตรนารีในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเรื่องของอุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือ ตลอดจนสื่อประกอบการจัดกิจกรรม 3) รูปแบบและขั้นตอนของพิธีการทางลูกเสือบางอย่างยังขัดต่อหลักศรัทธาของศาสนาอิสลาม สำนักงานลูกเสือแห่งชาติร่วมกับสำนักจุฬาราชมนตรีควรออกแนวทางหรือวิธีการในการปฏิบัติในด้านพิธีการของลูกเสือและเนตรนารีสำหรับมุสลิม เพื่อให้การปฏิบัติเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกันทั้งในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามและโรงเรียนที่มีลูกเสือและเนตรนารีมุสลิมและประกาศใช้อย่างเป็นทางการเพื่อเป็นเอกภาพในการปฏิบัติ <br /><br />

This study aimed to 1) study level of states of actual practice and expectation of boy scout and guide activities management in Islamic Private Schools under Private Education Office, Pattani Province, 2) compare states of actual practice and expectation of boy scout and guide activities management in Islamic Private Schools under Private Education Office, Pattani Province, 3) compare actual practice of boy scout and guide activities management in Islamic Private Schools under Private Education Office, Pattani Province between administrations and instructors, 4) compare expectation of boy scout and guide Activities management in Islamic Private Schools under Private Education Office, Pattani Province between administrations and instructors, 5) compare states of actual practice of boy scout and guide activities management in Islamic Private Schools under Private Education Office, Pattani Province between administrations? and instructors? perception based on sex, age, education background, work experience and school? size, 6) compare expectation of boy scout and guide activities management in Islamic Private Schools under Private Education Office, Pattani Province between administrations? and instructors? perception based on sex, age, education background, work experience and school? size and 7) compile problems, provide guidelines to problem solving and develop boy scout and guide activities management in Islamic Private Schools under Private Education Office, Pattani Province.<br /><br />
The samples used in this study includes 48 school administrators and 148 boy scout and guide instructors of Islamic Private Schools under Private Education Office, Pattani Province and thus making a total number of 196 samples. And additional 6 samples were included for interview. The research data was collected by using questionnaires and interview. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and Multiple Comparison. <br /><br />
The results of this study were as follow : 1) the overall level of states of actual practice and expectation of boy scout and guide activities management in the Islamic Private Schools under Private Education Office, Pattani Province were found to be moderate, 2) the comparison of overall level between states of actual practice and expectation of boy scout and guide activities management in Islamic Private Schools under Private Education Office, Pattani Province were found to be significantly different, 3) the comparison of overall level of states of actual practice of boy scout and guide activities management in Islamic Private Schools under Private Education Office, Pattani Province between administrations? and instructors? perception were found to be significantly different, 4) the comparison of overall of expectation of boy scout and guide activities management in Islamic Private Schools under Private Education Office, Pattani Province between administrations? and instructors? perception were found to be insignificantly different, 5) the overall and each dimensional level of the states of actual practice of boy scout and guide activities management in Islamic Private Schools under Private Education Office, Pattani Province between administrations? and instructors? perception based on sex, age, education background, work experience and schools? size were found to be significantly different, 6) the overall and each dimensional level of the expectation of boy scout and guide activities management in Islamic Private Schools under Private Education Office, Pattani Province between administrations? and instructors? perception based on sex, age, education background, work experience and schools? size were found to be significantly different and 7) as regard to the problems and guidelines to solving problem and development of boy scout and guide activities management in Islamic Private Schools under Private Education Office, Pattani Province, administrators and instructors have made following reflections, arranged from high to low score : 1) there were no unified uniforms for boy scouts and guides in the Islamic private schools and thus the National Scout Organization of Thailand should set clearly the uniform and symbol for Muslim boy scouts? and guides? ware. The relevant authority should make official declaration and impose on Islamic private schools and the schools which conduct Islamic boy scouts and guide activities to use the prescribed uniform and symbol, which would be practical guides for all Islamic private schools, 2) lack of budgets for conducting boy scouts and guides activities and thus the government should give support by providing more budget for boy scouts and guides activities management so that the schools can afford to provide the related materials to be used for this activities, especially tools, equipment, and the medias, 3) Some formats and procedures of scout?s and guide?s ritual are contradictory to the principles of Islamic faith. Thus, the National Scout Organization of Thailand, together with Sheikhul Islam Office should collaboratively provide guidelines or methods relating to the ritual practices for Muslim boy scouts and guides. Having these guidelines or methods word enable the Islamic private schools and the schools which conducts Islamic boy scouts and guides activities to have cohesive practices with regard to this matter. In addition, these guidelines or methods must be official declared and imposed on Islamic private schools so that unified practices can be possible.<br /><br />
