	บทคัดย่อ/Abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการด าเนินงานตามระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามจังหวัดยะลา 2)เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานตามระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามจังหวัดยะลา จำแนกตามเพศ ตำแหน่งหน้าที่และขนาดของโรงเรียน และ 3) เพื่อประมวลข้อเสนอแนะการดำเนินงานตามระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามจังหวัดยะลา เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากประชากรที่เป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามจังหวัดยะลา จำนวน 115 คน และการสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่เป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 10 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการดำเนินงานตามระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามจังหวัดยะลา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ยกเว้นด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคลมีการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานตามระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามจังหวัดยะลา จำแนกตามเพศ พบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนตำแหน่งหน้าที่และขนาดของโรงเรียน พบว่าแตกต่างกัน 3) ประมวลข้อเสนอแนะ พบว่า โรงเรียนควรทำความเข้าใจกับผู้ปกครองในเรื่องวัตถุประสงค์ของการดำเนินงานตามระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน และควรเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ปกครองเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนและคิดกระบวนการทำงานร่วมกัน The objectives of this study are: 1) to assess the performance of student support system in Islamic private schools in Yala province; 2) to compare student support system in respect to gender and position of the respondents and school size; and 3) to propose ways to enhance student support system in these schools. Survey-based questionnaire was used to collect the data from the population of 115 school administrators and teachers in the Islamic private schools in Yala province. In order to verify the findings in the survey, 10 administrators were further interviewed. This study used mainly descriptive statistics i.e. percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The findings in this study show that: 1.The performance of the student support system in the Islamic private schools, overall and individual items, was rated to be ?average?, except the item on administrator?s familiarization of student which was rate ? high?; 2.There were no significant differences between opinions on the performance of the student support systems among the respondents of different sex. The differences were found among the respondents with different positions and school size; and 3.This research suggests that the schools should ensure that the parents understand the objectives of student support system and allow them to get involved in the planning and implementation processes of the system.
