บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
การวิจัยนีเป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนการพัฒนาระบบอีเลิร์นนิ่งและแนวทางการนำระบบไปใช้ในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามแบ่งออกเป็ น 4 ระยะ คือ ระยะศึกษาสภาพและความต้องการในการการจัดการเรียนการสอนระยะออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบ ระยะตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพของระบบโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และระยะทดลองใช้ระบบในสภาพจริง ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอน ครูให้ความสำคัญกับการเป็นแบบอย่างและการสื่อสาร นักเรียนมีความมุ่งมั่นในระดับปานกลางและมีความสามารถในการเรียนรู้ที่แตกต่างกันในชัน8 เรียน กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนส่วนใหญใช้การบรรยาย อธิบายแต่มีความต้องการพัฒนาสู่การจัดการเรียนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ ใช้ผลงานและการมีส่วนร่วมในชัน8 เรียนของนักเรียนเป็นสำคัญในการประเมินและวัดผล ปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และมีความต้องการระบบอีเลิร์นนิ่งในการจัดการเรียนการสอนในระดับมาก 2) ระบบอีเลิร์นนิ่งสำหรับการจัดการเรียนการสอนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ คือ ส่วนสนับสนุน ประกอบด้วย แรงผลักดันในตัวครูนโยบายและการสนับสนุน ความพร้ อมของโรงเรียน ส่วนเตรียมความพร้ อม ประกอบด้วย ครูนักเรียน การออกแบบกิจกรรม และห้องปฏิบัติการ ส่วนการจัดการเรียนการสอน ประกอบด้วยการสอนใน 2 รูปแบบ คือ การใช้อีเลิร์นนิ่งในการจัดการเรียนการสอนเป็นหลัก และการใช้อีเลิร์นนิ่ง เพื่อการทบทวนเนือ8 หาและฝึกทำกิจกรรมหลังเรียน และส่วนกระบวนการส่งเสริม ประกอบด้วยการสร้างขวัญกำลังใจ การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ของครู และการเผยแพร่ผลงาน 3) การศึกษาแนวทางการนำระบบอีเลิร์นนิ่งไปใช้ พบว่า ควรใช้อีเลิร์นนิ่งเป็นสื่อร่วมกับการสอนชันเรียนปกติ ควรพัฒนาทักษะการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสำหรับครู สร้างความพร้อมด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของโรงเรียน กำหนดนโยบายและการสนับสนุนที่ชัดเจน และสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือและการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างครูผู้สอน และ 4) ผลจาการนำระบบไปใช้พบว่า ระบบช่วยกระตุ้นความสนใจในการเรียนและการคว้าเพิ่มขึ้นระบบช่วยให้เกิดวินัยและความรับผิดชอบ ช่วยส่งเสริมการทบทวนเนื้อหา และช่วยให้เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการสื่อสารระหว่างครูกับนักเรียน
This study is a research and development (R&D) which aimed at studying the state of teaching and learning, development e-learning system and its guidelines to apply the system in Islamic Private Schools. This study was divided into 4 steps including the step of studying the state and the need in teaching and learning; the steps of system designing and development; the step of assessment the effectiveness of the e-learning system by specialist; and the step of experiment the system in the real situation. The results of the study showed as follows: 1. the state of teaching and learning, teachers gave their priority on being role model and communication, students showed their commitments at a medium level and their abilities were various levels. most of teaching and learning activities used lecture and explaining approaches, but they needed to develop their teaching-learning towards student-centered approach, used students works and participation in the classes for assessment and evaluation their performances. Problems of teaching and learning were at a medium level, and needed e-learning system in teaching and learning was at a high level. 2. E-learning system in teaching and learning in the Islamic private schools was aimed at applying as learning media which used along with general teaching and learning to develop all round students? learning skills. E-learning consisted of 4 factors: 1) support section, including teacher?s motivation, policy and supporting, and school?s readiness; 2) preparation section, including teachers, students, activities design and operation room; 3) teaching and learning section, including 2 types including Using E-learning was the mainapproach in instruction, and e-learning was used to revise the content and lesson practices; and 4) promote section including morale and rewarding, teacher learning exchange and propagate. 3. Guidelines for application e-learning included application e-learning as media in normal classes, development teachers? skills for using information technology in teaching, preparation the readiness for schools technology information, setting policy and supporting, and building up cooperation net-working, and learning sharing among the teachers. And 4 result from using e-learn founded system can stimulate attention on learning and finding information. System helped for build up discipline and responsibility. And promoted and reviewed information. And helped for increase capability on communication between teacher and students. |
