บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate management informationsystem for rubber auction market of the Office of Central Rubber Market. The developmentperformed through System Life Cycle Method. The population used in this study was thosewho were assigned on such duties as registration, weighting, price auction and cash paymentaltogether 12 persons at the central market for unsmoked-sheet rubber. The instruments usedin the study consists of a set of well-developed program and questionaires asking the satisfactionof the management information system by the workers at the central rubber market. The study concludes that : 1. The management information system that has been developed for the usein the activities of the Central Rubber Market, could be applied with maximum usefullness.It gives the required computed data results and provides summarized reports immediately afterthe closer of the market. The system also provides auditing access for possible mistakes and couldgreatly reduce mistakes that may occur during the market operation. 2. The management information system that has been developed was able tofunction more efficiently than the non-developed one. The test results shown the differenceof the satisfaction expressed by the workers before and after the development. The satisfactionon new design, work performance, information and problem-solving was significant at 0.05. |
