บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
ยางพาราเป็นพืชเศรษฐกิจสำคัญที่ทำรายได้ให้กับประเทศ จากผลการประเมินศักยภาพที่ดินปลูกยางพารา พบว่า ภาคตะวันเฉียงเหนือเป็นภาคหนึ่งที่มีศักยภาพที่จะปลูกยางพาราได้ ดังนั้น จึงได้ศึกษาเรื่อง1. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยการผลิตและผลผลิตยางพารา2. ประสิทธิภาพของการใช้ปัจจัยการผลิตแต่ละชนิด3. วิเคราะห์ผลตอบแทนจากการผลิตผลการศึกษาปรากฏว่าแรงงานเป็นปัจจัยการีผลิตที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับผลผลิตมากกว่าปัจจัยอื่นสำหรับประสิทธิภาพในการผลิตยางพาราของโครงการนำร่องเปรียบเทียบกับประสิทธิภาพในการผลิตยางพาราในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือทั้งหมดพบว่าประสิทธิภาพในการผลิตของโครงการนำร่องดีกว่าสำหรับการวิเคราะห์ผลตอบแทนจากการผลิตพบว่าผลตอบแทนจากการผลิตของโครงการนำร่องเท่ากับร้อย 10 ยังอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ต่ำ แต่เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับพืชเศรษฐกิจอื่นแล้ว ยางพารายังให้ผลตอบแทนอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่สูงกว่าข้อคิดเห็นสำหรับโครงการที่ศึกษา พบว่า จำนวนแรงงานในโครงการไม่สอดคล้องกับพื้นที่ปลูก ดังนั้นเกษตรกรควรลดพื้นที่ปลูกเพื่อสอดคล้องกับแรงงานในพื้นที่ เนื่องจากค่าจ้างแรงงานในพื้นที่ค่อนข้างต่ำทำให้ไม่สามารถหาแรงงาน รับจ้างท้องถิ่นอื่นมาทดแทนได้เมื่อพิจารณาถึงความเป็นไปได้ในการปลูกยางพาราในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือยังมีความ เป็นไปได้มาก เนื่องจากมีข้อได้เปรียบด้านภูมิศาสตร์ หากรัฐบาลให้การสนับสนุนอย่างจริงจังแล้วเชื่อว่ายางพาราจะเป็นพืชเศรษฐกิจที่มีความสำคัญของประเทศ
Rubber is one of the most economic plants to produce revenue into our country. Regarding the result of rubber growing land condition assessment in the country, it is found that the Northern East suburb is a most appropriate division to plant rubber. The following topics were studied in this study:I. The relationship between the production factors and the produce of the rubber factors2. The efficiency of each production factor.3. Analyzing the reward of the production.The result of the study firstly shows that the labor, which is one of the production factors, has much more relationship with the produce of rubber than other factors.Sec.ond according to the efficiency of rubber production from the pilotproject, when compare the efficiency of the project with the one of productionfrom the whole Northern East suburb, the result indicates that the pilot project is more effective.Finally, from analyzing the production reward, it shows that the percentage of the reward from the pilot project is 10 %, which is still low. However, when compare the percentage with other economic plants, rubber still has higher reward than others do.The opinions of' this project experienced that the number of labors is not suitable with the plant area. The agriculturists should thus reduce thcir plant area to be matching with the number of their labors. Also, due to low wage rate in the area, it is difficult to obtain extra labor from other area to assist their rubber production.As it is considered about the possibility of rubber plants in the Northern East division, it seems that the possibility is still high because of the advantages of geography in the area. Accordingly, if the Government truly encourage this project, rubber will definitely become so essential economic plant for our country. |
