บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
ทางเลือกหนึ่งในการแก้ปัญหาที่เกิดจากการขนส่งสินค้าโดยรถบรรทุกก็คือ การเปลี่ยน รูปแบบการขนส่งมาเป็นการขนส่งชายฝั่ง เนื่องจากลักษณะของการขนส่งสินค้าชายฝั่งที่ สามารถขนส่งสินค้าได้คราวละมากๆ ทำให้ต้นทุนการขนส่งสินค้าต่อหน่วยต่ำ ไม่ส่งผลกระทบ ต่อการจราจรในเขตเมือง และมีมลภาวะต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมต่ำ งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ถึง แนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหา มาตรการจูงใจหรือ การผลักดันให้มีการเปลี่ยนรูปแบบการขนส่งสินค้าจากการขนส่งทางถนนมาเป็นการขนส่ง สินค้าชายฝั่ง และการเพิ่มศักยภาพของการขนส่งสินค้าทางชายฝั่งของประเทศไทย โดย พิจารณาเปรียบเทียบระดับความสำคัญของปัจจัยที่ใช้ในการเลือกรูปแบบขนส่ง ระหว่างเส้นทาง ที่ใช้ในการขนส่งทางชายฝั่งเป็นหลักกับเส้นทางที่ใช้การขนส่งทางถนนเป็นหลัก และมีสินค้า กรณีศึกษาคือ ยางพารา ผลการศึกษาแสดงให้เห็นถึงปัจจัยที่ควรจะพิจารณาเป็นอันดับแรกใน การส่งเสริมและพัฒนาระบบการขนส่งสินค้าชายฝั่ง นั่นคือ เวลาที่ใช้ในการขนส่งและความ เชื่อถือได้ของการให้บริการ
An alternative of problem solving caused by truck transportation is to change mode into coastal transportation. According to the characteristic of this mode choice that is available in transporting in mass, the cost of transportation per unit will be low. Moreover, it is no effect on urban traffic. The effect on environmental pollution is also low. This research is to study and analyze the approach of problem solving, the motivation or disincentive in changing the mode of truck to coastal transportation, and the increasing of performance in coastal transportation in Thailand. This will be regarded on the comparison in important hierarchy of transportation mode selecting factors between main route of truck transportation and the other of coastal transportation. In addition, natural rubber is selected as a product in this study. The result of this research shows the first considering factor of costal transportation enhancement and development is the time taking in transporting and the reliability of services. |
