	บทคัดย่อ/Abstract	การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการของมหาวิทยาลัยฟาฏอนี 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับสภาพปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการของมหาวิทยาลัยฟาฏอนี จำแนกตามตัวแปรระดับการศึกษา คณะวิชาที่สังกัด และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และ 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของมหาวิทยาลัยฟาฏอนี ดำเนินการวิจัยเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนที่ 1 เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างอาจารย์ประจำที่สอนในมหาวิทยาลัยฟาฏอนี จำนวน 131 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย และขั้นตอนที่ 2 กำหนดแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของมหาวิทยาลัยฟาฏอนี โดยการสัมภาษณ์ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารของแต่ละคณะวิชา จำนวน 18 คน และตัวแทนนักศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาในชั้นปีที่ 4 ประจำปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 35 คน โดยเลือกแบบเจาะจง แลยืนยันผล โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 10 คน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. สภาพ ปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการมหาวิทยาลัยฟาฏอนี โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับสภาพ ปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการของมหาวิทยาลัยฟาฏอนีตามตัวแปรระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนระดับสภาพปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการตามตัวแปรคณะวิชาที่สังกัด พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05< 3. ข้อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของมหาวิทยาลัยฟาฏอนี ปรากฏผลดังนี้ 3.1 ควรมีแผนและนโยบายการบริหารจัดการงานวิชาการตามประเด็นยุทธศาสตร์ที่วางไว้อย่างชัดเจน รวมถึงควรจัดให้มีระบบและกลไกสนับสนุนที่เป็นรูปธรรมเพื่อให้การบริหารงานวิชาการบรรลุผลตามที่ได้วางไว้อย่างมีประสิทธิผลและประสิทธิภาพ 3.2 ควรส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนด้านงบประมาณในการดำเนินกิจกรรม ด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการที่เพียงพอและเหมาะสม เพื่อที่จะได้ขับเคลื่อนงานวิชาการของมหาวิทยาลัยฟาฏอนีสู่เป้าหมายที่กำหนด 3.3 ควรให้บุคลากรทุกภาคส่วนมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาการบริหารงาน วิชาการของมหาวิทยาลัย รวมทั้งเปิดโอกาสให้บุคลากรได้รับการพัฒนาตนในด้านวิชาการอย่างต่อเนื่อง This research aimed 1) to examine the states of academic affairs administration of Fatoni University, 2) to compare the perceived level of states of academic affairs administration of Fatoni University based on educational qualifications, affiliated faculties, and working experiences, and 3) to propose guidelines for developing academic affairs administration of Fatoni University. The study was divided into 2 steps. The first step dealt with data collection from 131 randomly selected lecturers using questionnaires. The second step dealt with the interview of 18 faculty administrators and 35 fourth year students of academic year 2014 who were purposely selected to solicit their ideas in regard to guidelines for the development of the academic affairs administration of the university. The findings then were validated by 10 panelists. The findings of this study are as follows: 1. The overall and each aspect of perceived level of the states of academic affairs administration of Fatoni University are moderate. 2. The comparison of the perceived levels the states of academic affairs administration of Fatoni University based on educational qualifications and working experiences is not different. However, the perceived levels the states of academic affairs administration based on the affiliated faculties is significantly different at the level of .05. 3. The proposed guidelines for the development of the academic affairs administration of Fatoni University are as follows: 3.1 There should be clear strategic plan and policy of the academic affairs administration. This could be implemented efficiently and effectively through the setting up the workable system as well as its mechanism. 3.2 There should be enough support in terms of budget allocation to strengthen the academic affair administration to attain it desired goals. 3.3 The teachers should participate in academic management development of each department expertise, including giving the opportunity for continuous selves-development.
