	บทคัดย่อ/Abstract	งานวิจัย เรื่อง วิถีชีวิตของชาวประมงน้ำลึก : กรณีศึกษาที่ปัตตานี เป็นการศึกษาขั้นต้น เกี่ยวกับภูมหลัง สภาพทางเศรษฐกิจสังคม และการใช้ชีวิตทางสังคมของชาวประมง จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 100 คน พบว่า ลูกเรือประมงน้ำลึกส่วนใหญ่นับถือศาสนาพุทธ ยังเป็นโสด มีภูมิลำเนาจากภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ มีความรู้ระดับประถมศึกษา มีอาชีพเดิมในภาคการเกษตร เหตุผลสำคัญในการมาทำงานเป็นลูกเรือ คือ รายได้ดี ซึ่งเฉลี่ยสูงกว่ารายได้เดิม เมื่อเรือเข้าฝั่ง ลูกเรือส่วนใหญ่กินเหล้าและเที่ยวซ่องโสเภณี มีส่วนร่วมน้อยในกิจกรรมทางการเมือง สังคม และศาสนา ได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารจากสื่อมวลชนเป็นส่วนใหญ่ แต่ได้ข้อมูลข่าวสารจากนายจ้างและญาติพี่น้องน้อยมาก ลูกเรือส่วนหนึ่งเคยมีประวัติการใช้ยาเสพติด โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งกัญชา ยาบ้า และเฮโรอีน The research title is the way of life of the trawlers : case in Pattani is a exploratory study about background, economic status, and way of life. From 100 samples, it is found out that most of then are Buddhists and still single. Their hometowns are in the northeast. They are educated only in the primary levels and used to work in agricultural section. The important reason to work as crew is the well paid income which is average is higher than the former income. When boat go as hare, most of them drink and have sexual intercourses with prostitutes. They are less participated in policial activities, social and religion. They mostly get information from mass media but get much less from their employers and relatives. Some of them have been recorded of drug abuse especially marihuana, madness pills and heroin.
