This research aims 1) to study the level of transformational leadership of administrators in the Islamic private schools in Satun province, 2) to compare the levels of transformational leadership of administrators in the Islamic private schools in Satun on the basis of gender, age, educational level, and teaching experience, and 3) to collect the suggestions relating to the ways of developing transformational leadership of administrators in the Islamic private schools in Satun. The focus group used in the research consists of 10 administrators in the Islamic private schools in Satun and 144 Islamic private school personnel. The unrestricted interview method and the questionnaire are also adopted in the work to collect relevant data and materials. The statistic applied for analyzing the data is percentage value, arithmetic average percentage value, and standard deviant value. The research resulted in finding that 1) Collectively and individually, the level of transformational leadership of administrators in the Islamic private schools in Satun province is at high level. The exception is regarding the intellectual motivation which is at moderate level. 2) Collectively and individually, the opinions of the school personnel of diverse gender relating to the issue are similar except regarding the intellectual motivation and the use of charismatic or greatness power based on ideology. 3) Collectively and individually, the opinions of the school personnel of different age and teaching experience relating to the issue are similar except regarding the intellectual motivation and the care for the wellbeing of the school individual members. 4) Collectively and individually, the opinions of the school personnel of diverse educational level relating to the issue are not different except regarding the intellectual motivation. 5) The suggestions on the ways to develop the transformational leadership of administrators in the Islamic private schools in Satun province are related to charismatic orgreatness power based on ideology, spreading of Islamic teachings, inspiration, intellectual motivation, concern for the wellbeing of individual members, and acceptance and achievement of common goals.
