บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและรวบรวมความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับแนวโน้มการผลิตบัณฑิตของมหาวิทยาลัยอิสลามยะลาในด้านหลักสูตร อาจารย์ นักศึกษา กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน สิ่งสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอน การวัดผลและการประเมินผล ในระหว่าง พ.ศ. 2555 ? 2564 โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิจัยแบบเดลฟาย<br />
กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีจ านวนทั้งสิ้น 20 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม 3 รอบ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการค านวณค่ามัธยฐาน ฐานนิยม ผลต่างระหว่างฐานนิยมกับมัธยฐาน และพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์<br />
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า<br />
1) หลักสูตรควรจะมีการบูรณาการกับวิถีชีวิตจริงและการน าไปประยุกต์ใช้กับท้องถิ่น สังคมวัฒนธรรมและเศรษฐกิจตามบริบทของประชาคมอาเซียนและสอดคล้องกับกรอบแผนอุดมศึกษาระยะยาว 15 ปี ฉบับที่ 2 (พ.ศ. 2551 - 2565) ของส านักงานคณะกรรมการการอุดมศึกษา กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ<br />
2) อาจารย์ควรจะเข้าใจว่าการบริการวิชาการให้กับผู้อื่นและสังคมยิ่งมากเพียงใดยิ่งมีผลบุญมากยิ่งขึ้น ควรจะเข้าใจว่าการศึกษาอิสลามที่ครบสมบูรณ์ในทุกมิติคือการศึกษาที่ไม่แยกกันระหว่างศาสตร์ศาสนาและศาสตร์วิชาการอื่นๆ ควรจะเข้าใจว่าการบูรณาการศาสตร์อิสลามไม่ใช่เรื่องใหม่แต่เป็นแก่นแท้ของหลักการเรียนการสอนอิสลามที่แท้จริงและดั้งเดิม และควรจะเป็นอาจารย์ที่มีความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเองและสังคม จริงจังและจริงใจในการถ่ายทอดความรู้และองค์ความรู้โดยยึดหลักและประพฤติตนในอิสลามเหมาะกับวิชาชีพครูเป็นที่ยอมรับของสังคม โดยสามารถเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีได้<br />
3) นักศึกษาควรจะเข้าใจว่าทุกกิจการงานล้วนเป็นการกระท าที่ดี (อามัลศอลิหฺ) ควรจะเป็นผู้ที่มีจิตอาสาในสาขาวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อมและตระหนักถึงความจ าเป็นของผู้รู้ในการชี้น าสังคมให้ปฏิบัติตามอิสลามและเผยแผ่ความเมตตาธรรมให้กระจายไปทั่วทุกแห่งในสังคม ประเทศชาติและสากลโลก<br />
4) กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนควรจัดในรูปแบบที่ส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนกล้าแสดงออก กล้าคิด กล้าท า กล้าตัดสินใจ มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ พัฒนาทักษะความรู้เพื่อประยุกต์ใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ในชีวิตจริงและสังคมอย่างสันติ สามารถสร้างจิตส านึกที่ดีในการพัฒนาสังคมอย่างยั่งยืนโดยเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นส าคัญ ควรมีการบูรณาการอิสลามเข้ากับทุกรายวิชาใช้สื่อคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนและภูมิปัญญาเชื่อมโยงกับชุมชนและร่วมมือกับเครือข่ายภายนอกอย่างเป็นระบบ และควรน าโจทย์ปัญหาจากท้องถิ่นมาประยุกต์ใช้กับเนื้อหาในห้องเรียนเพื่อต่อยอดกับเนื้อหาต่างๆในรายวิชาอื่นๆได้<br />
5) ด้านสิ่งสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอนควรจะมีการพัฒนาโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ทีทันสมัย มีการลงทุนด้านการเรียน / การศึกษาโดยใช้สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E ? Education) และ การด าเนินธุรกิจโดยใช้สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ( E- Commerce) กระจายสัญญาณอินเตอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูงทั่วทั้งมหาวิทยาลัยเพื่อความสะดวกในการจัดการเรียนการสอนและสืบค้นข้อมูลเพื่อการศึกษา<br />
6) การวัดผลและการประเมินผลควรเน้นผลสัมฤทธิ์ของผู้เรียนในด้านจิตใจควบคู่กับความรู้ความสามารถตามกรอบมาตรฐานของประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา และควรท าเป็นระบบ ที่มีความเที่ยงตรง ยุติธรรม มีมาตรฐานที่ชัดเจนสามารถน าผลไปสู่การปฏิบัติที่เป็นจริงได้
The purpose of this research is to examine and gather the experts? perspectives on graduate productivity trends of Yala Islamic University in the next decade from B.E. 2555 to B.E. 2564 in the field of curriculum, pedagogues, graduates, learning and teaching activities, supporting and contributing factors in learning and teaching and measurement and evaluation based on Delphi technique.<br />
The samples are comprised 20 panelists. The data was gathered using three rounds questionnaires and analyzed by the median, mode, the differential between mode and median and inter- quarter rang.<br />
The research found that (1) the curriculum should integrate into real life and its application to the local, cultural and economic context of ASEAN Community are consistent in long ? term plan of 15 years for Higher Education, issue No. 2 (BE 2551 -2565) of the Commission on Higher Education, Ministry of Education. (2) The pedagogues will realize that the more academic services are given out to people, the more huge rewards they will gain. Also they have self ? responsibility and social ? responsibility in knowledge transferring which is based on an Islamic behavior and suits as teaching professional and being acceptable to society and have a good model. And a complete Islamic education is that it does not separate from religion and other sciences and Islamization in knowledge is not a new thing while it is the root of traditional Islamic teaching and learning as well. (3) The learners will realize that all activities or actions are good deeds. They have public mind in the field of their own profession both in direct and indirect ways as well as having awareness of the scholars? need to lead society to Islamic practices and spread its enlightenment to all societies, countries and universes. (4) Learning and teaching activities should be designed to promote learners to express ideas, analyze, synthesize and improve their skills for best use in their real lives can let them have good conscience about sustainable social development by emphasizing learners-centered strategies with Islamic integrated curriculum into all courses using CAI and intellect connected to community and related network. (5) There will be an investment in E-education and E-commerce for supporting and contributing factors in learning and teaching as well as providing facilities for online teaching and learning. Thus, the high speed internet connection will be provided. (6) The measurement and evaluation will focus on students? psychological achievement (mental virtue or fear), combining with knowledge and capabilities according to the standard of quality assurance (QA) and Higher National Qualifications with thoroughness, accuracy, fairness and truth.<br />
