	บทคัดย่อ/Abstract	การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ1. ศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอน อิสลามศึกษาในจังหวัดสตูล 2. เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบสภาพปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนอิสลามใน จังหวัดสตูล 3. เพื่อประมวลแนวทางในการแก้ปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนอิสลามศึกษาในจังหวัดสตูล กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ในการกวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ในการตอบแบบสอบถามคือครูสอนอิสลาม ศึกษาในโรงเรียนในระดับประถมและมัธยมจังหวัดสตูลจำนวน 159 คน ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพได้มาจาก ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ค่าร้อยละ เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ผลการวิจัย 1. สภาพปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนอิสลามศึกษาในจังหวัดสตูล ในภาพรวมอยู่ใน ระดับน้อย เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า สภาพปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอนอิสลามศึกษา ด้านหลักสูตร ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล และการนำไปใช้อยู่ในระดับน้อย ส่วนด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนและด้าน สื่อการเรียนการสอนมีปัญหา อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. เมื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอน อิสลามศึกษาในจังหวัดสตูล แยกตาม ตามตัวแปร อายุ วุฒิทางการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ ช่วงระดับการเรียน การสอน โดยภาพรวม ว่ามีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ 3. แนวทางในการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการ สอนอิสลามศึกษาให้มีคุณภาพ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิได้เสนอว่า ด้านหลักสูตรและการนำไปใช้ให้มี การแจ้ง จุดประสงค์และบอกเนื้อหาที่จะเรียนรู้ให้นักเรียนล่วงหน้า เพราะสิ่งนี้ถือว่าเป็นการวางแผนการเรียนการ สอน ตามหลักสูตร ก่อนที่จะมีการเรียนและ นักเรียนจะได้เตรียมตัวและรู้ถึงขอบเขตของการเรียนและให้ ผู้เรียน เกิดการเรียนรู้ เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนแต่ละคน ได้พัฒนาตนเองสูงสุดตามกำลังหรือศักยภาพของแต่ละคน เพราะผู้เรียนแต่ละคนมีความแตกต่างกันให้มี การจัดตารางสอนแบ่งวิชาให้ครูแต่ละคนอย่างเหมาะสม ตามวิชาที่ตนถนัดให้มีการจัดบรรยากาศภายในห้องเรียนในห้องมีกฎระเบียบข้อตกลงร่วมกัน การใช้สื่อ การจัดการเรียนการสอนยังน้อยอยู่ ต้องเพิ่มให้มากขึ้น ให้มีการนำเสนอสื่อที่ทันสมัยเช่น สื่อมัลติมีเดี่ย ส่วนด้าานการวัดและประเมินผล การวัดและประเมินผล ต้องเป็นไปตามจุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตรในปัจจุบันการประเมินของครู ยังขาดความหลากหลาย ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิได้เสนอให้มี การ ประเมินผลที่เหมาะสม กับสถานการณ์ในปัจจุบัน ต้องมีการพัฒนาการประเมินผลอยู่ตลอดเวลา The objectives of this research there were 1) to study the problem of Islamic study teaching management in Stun province 2) to study the problem of teaching management on Islamic study that followed core subject's curriculum in 2551 and 3) to study the guideline for qualitydevelopment on Islamic study teaching's activities. The sampling population for questionnaires test came from Islamic teacher amount 159 persons and expertise amount 10 persons.The tools of study using questionnaires, in-depth interview and using statistical analysis of percentage, standard deviation, and mean. The result of study 1. The condition of Islamic study teaching management in Stun province overall in low level when considered in specific activities found that curriculum and application have problem ofIslamic study teaching was in low level. The problem of teaching management was in medium level and the problem of using new innovative teaching was in medium level. The measurement and evaluation was in low level. The summary in each topics found that was in medium level. 2 The problem of teaching management on school's Islamic study that followed core subjects curriculum in 2551 using factors of age, study background, experience, and study level have different in overall but income was not difference. 3. The guideline for quality development on Islamic study teaching's activities summarized from expert interview for teaching management development in curriculum and application, advancing notification of study's objectives and contents to the students was a good plan for teaching, students can prepare by themselves and recognize to the scope of study. The teaching management that focus on core goal was making learner to learning and higher development in each student's potential because the they were have different level. The study time table planning by equal of subject separation in each aptitude, decorating the atmosphere of class room and add more media of learning. By the overall of teacher and student should building the atmosphere in classroom within the rule and agreement together and begin at the student can be reading and writing first. Teacher should more using materials but we can presentation with a modern multimedia. The measurement and evaluation must be parallel and referent to the Islamic study curriculum. Anyway, the teacher was inadequate of multi-evaluation so that they need to develop in appropriate condition and through the time.
