	บทคัดย่อ/Abstract	การวิจัยเรื่อง ประเมินศักยภาพวิทยากรอิสลามศึกษาที่ปฏิบัติการสอนตามโครงการอิสลามศึกษา ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตประเวศ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ <br /><br /> 1. เพื่อประเมินศักยภาพการปฏิบัติงานของวิทยากรอิสลามศึกษา ที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตประเวศ กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยการพิจารณาถึงการรับรู้ของบุคคล ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงาน ความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงาน บุคคลิกภาพ และมนุษยสัมพันธ์<br /><br /> 2. เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของวิทยากรอิสลามศึกษา<br /><br /> 3. เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้นอันจะเป็นเเนวทางในการเเก้ไขปรับปรุงการดำเนินการสอนอิสลามศึกษา<br /><br /> โดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่มีโครงสร้าง (unstructured interview) ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้ <br /><br /> 1. ศักยภาพการปฏิบัติงาน ในด้านการรับรู้ ความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงาน บุคลิกภาพ และมนุษยสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับดี ยกเว้นด้านความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานยังต้องมีการพัฒนาให้ดีขึ้น<br /><br /> 2. ปัจจัยที่ผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของวิทยากรอิสลามศึกษา คือ การได้ปฏิบัติการสอนในชุมชนของตนเอง ผู้บริหารให้การสนับสนุนเป็นอย่างดี และบุคลากรอื่นในโรงเรียนมีความสนิทสนมเป็นกันเอง<br /><br /> 3. ปัญหา คือ ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องไม่เข้ามาให้การดูเเล ขาดการสนับสนุนในด้านสื่อแบบเรียน และค่าตอบเเทนล่าช้า ส่วนข้อเสนอเเนะ คือต้องการให้ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการเข้ามาดูเเลเอาใขใส่ในด้านต่างๆให้มากกว่านี้ The research intends to evaluate the Potentiality of Islamic Instructors who perform teaching about Islamic Study in Prawate District Schools. The research has three main objectives:<br /> 1. To assess the potentaility of the Islamic instructors in Prawate district schools in five aspects : personal awareness, performance capability, job satisfaction, personality, and human relations;<br /> 2. To find out factors that have relative effects upon working performance of such Islamic instructors;<br /> The researcher used unstructured interviews to collect data from the Islamic instructors in Prawate District schools. The sum of findings are:<br /> 1. In terms of the Potentiality Assessment, most Islamic instructors have passed a good level in personal awareness, job satisfaction, personality, and human relations; but their performance capability needs more personal development to attain such a same level;<br /> 2. Factors that have relative effects upon working performance of those Islamic instructors consist of Self-Community/Other-Community teaching; Good/Bad Support from the School Administrators; Good/Bad Support from the School Administrators; Good/Bad Relations wit the School Colleagues;<br /> 3. Occurred obstacles are : Ignorance of the school officials to take parts in Islamic Study improvement; Lack of educational technology and medians; Payment Delays. The recommended solution is the School Administrators/Officials should pay more attention to Islamic Study programs, and cooperate with the Islamic instructors more than they used to do.<br />
