	บทคัดย่อ/Abstract	การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาสภาพและแนวทางการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษาสังกัดส านักงานการศึกษาเอกชน อ าเภอเมือง จังหวัดยะลา ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้มีทั้งสิ้น 195 คน ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการและครูผู้สอน ผู้วิจัยเก็บข้อมูลด้วยตนเอง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาความถี่ ร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการวิจัยพบว่าครูร้อยละ 67.75 มีความคิดเห็นว่าโรงเรียนเอกชนระดับประถมศึกษา มีการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่ดีอยู่แล้วคือ ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ ด้านเนื้อหาสาระของหลักสูตร และด้านบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้ ส่วนครูร้อยละ 32.20 มีความคิดเห็นว่าควรพัฒนาด้านสื่อการเรียนรู้ และด้านกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ควรพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยการ จัดเนื้อหาสาระของหลักสูตรให้มีความเหมาะสมกับผู้เรียนและสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของสังคม เน้นความส าคัญเรื่องคุณธรรม จริยธรรมให้มากขึ้น ให้มีสื่อการเรียนรู้ที่ทันสมัย มีความหลากหลายสอดคล้องกับหน่วยการเรียนรู้ จัดสรรงบประมาณในการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมให้น่าอยู่ และให้ครูทุกคนเข้ารับการอบรมเรื่องการวัดและประเมินผลตามสภาพจริง The aims of this study were to study the states and learning management development guidelines of the Private Elementary Schools which is under the Office of the Private Education Yala Province. The populations were 195 educators administrators, the heads of academic department and teachers. The research instruments were a questionnaires and interview forms invented by the researcher, and were analyzed by using frequency, percentage and content analysis The findings of the research were 67.75 percent of the teachers had good learning management deal were arranged by the learning evaluation, the content of curriculum and learning atmosphere. 32.20 percent of the teachers were the two points which should develop is learning media and learning activities. The development learning guidelines were the content of curriculum must be appropriate with students and conform with the needs of social, emphasize on the virtue and morality point, provide modern and various learning medias which conform the content of learning, allocate budget to build an appropriate environment and train the teachers to be perfect in the learning evaluation in authentic assessment.
