	บทคัดย่อ/Abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้เพื่อศึกษาผลการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบโครงงานที่มีต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ ทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ และความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม กลุ่มที่ศึกษาเป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนเทศบาล 3 บ้านปากนํ้า ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 1 ห้อง รวม 27 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (simple random sampling) ด้วยการจับฉลาก โดยใช้รูปแบบกึ่งทดลอง (quasiexperimental research) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบโครงงานในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ แบบทดสอบวัดทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ แบบสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนรู้ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การจัดการเรียนรู้แบบโครงงาน สามารถน าไปใช้กับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนเทศบาล 3 บ้านปากน้ำในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม นักเรียนสามารถปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนของการทำโครงงาน เข้าใจหลักการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ และได้แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ในความแตกต่างของเพื่อนในชั้นเรียน มีความตั้งใจเรียนรู้ กล้าแสดงความคิดเห็น 2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบโครงงานสูงกว่าก่อนการจัดการเรียนรู้ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3. ทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบโครงงานสูงกว่าก่อนการจัดการเรียนรู้ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4. นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบโครงงานในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมอยู่ในระดับมาก This research aimed to study the effects of project based learning on Learning Achievement of Science Subject, scientific skill and satisfaction toward instruction of Prathomsuksa Five students in Multicultural society. The samples were 27 students of Prathomsuksa 5 in the frist semester of the academic year 2013 of Tessaban 3 Banpaknum Schools. They were selected using simple random sampling. This research was quasi experimental research. The instruments consisted of lessen plans, achievement test, scientific process skills test, questionnaires on satisfaction towards instruction, and field note. The data were analyzed by percentage arithmetic mean, standard deviation and t-test. The research findings were as follow: 1. The project based learning process of learning; able to seek knowledge learning on Prathomsuksa 5 at Tassaban 3 Banparknom students in Multicultural society, able to follow the steps of project, understand the scientific principles. The exchange has learned the difference between individuals in the class. Students are willing to learn new things, and dare to comment more. 2. Science achievement of Students using project based learning was significantly higher than pre-test (p<.01) 3. Scientific Process Skills of Students using project based learning achievement was significantly higher than pre-test (p<.01) 4. Students satisfaction toward instruction using project based learning was at high level
