	บทคัดย่อ/Abstract	The study of Muslim way of life and Education Management in the Community : A Case Study of Islamic Education Center of Najmuddeen Mosque (TADIKA) Tambon Saikao, Amphoe Kok Pho, Changwat Pattani is a qualitative research with purposes: 1) to study the community background, the development of the TADIKA from the past to the present as well as the transmission of the knowledge and the role of the community in developing the youth in the community 2) to study the knowledge management in accordance with (the Islam) of religious the community 3) to study the relationship between the community0s way of life and the education management of the TADIKA. The data collected from 17 key informations. Through questionnaires, observation and group discussion.The research found that the way of life in the Kuan Langnga community has been actively involved with Islam wherein the religious educational institute links the people with the religion by means of learning process and the community management. This can be from the fact that the wide ranges of the community members, from the children to the people in general, including the religious and administrative leaders, take part in the religious activity of the community.The purpose of the Islamic education of the community is, first, to strengthen the religious belief and second, to indoctrinate the pupils so the they can perform religious duty in their daily life. Participation process, discussion, talking about the past and the present and the religious activities had been integrated and became lessons to be taught to children and youth so that they could handle with the change of the community.People had learnt the significance of Islam by means of ways of life, traditions, culture, belief and the religious practice, transferred by the religion, education and family institutions. It was carefully applied to make sure that it worked very well with all conditions and situations at the present. In addition, the outside knowledge also had an influence over the community; however, it was suitably adapted. As a conclusion, several measures to be taken develop the TADIKA education system in the local community are presented in the last part, i.e. (1) to make the TADIKA education system into a more organized and effective education system (2) to enhance the professionalism and knowledge of the teachers in the TADIKA schools (3) to reorganize the curriculum of the religious subjects taught in the TADIKA schools (4) to encourage the community take part in the development of the TADIKA school system. การศึกษาวิถีชีวิตมุสลิมกับการจัดการศึกษาของชุมชน : กรณีศึกษา ศูนย์การศึกษาอิสลามประจำมัสยิด (ตาดีกา) นัจมุดดีน ตำบลทรายขาว อำเภอโคกโพธิ์ จังหวัดปัตตานี เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภูมิภูมิหลังของชุมชนและพัฒนาการตาดีกาตั้งเเต่อดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน ตลอดจนวิธีการถ่ายทอดความรู้ และบทบาทต่อการพัฒนาเยาวชนในชุมชน 2) ศึกษาการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามหลักศาสนาอิสลามของชุมชน 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างวิถีชีวิตของชุมชนกัยการจัดการศึกษาของศูนย์การศึกษาอิสลามประจำมัสยิด (ตาดีกา) โดยมีผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักจำนวน 17 หลัก เครื่องมือในการวิจัยคือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ การสังเกตการณ์ และการสนทนากลุ่ม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การใช้ชีวิตของชุมชนบ้านควนลังงามีความผูกพันกับศาสนาโดยมีสถาบันการศึกษาด้านศาสนาเป็นผู้ประสบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคนและศาสนาเข้าด้วยกันผ่านกระบวนการเรียนรู้และจัดการของชุมชน กระบวนการดังกล่าวสามารถมองเห็นได้จากการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทางด้านศาสนาของคนในชุมชนทั้งผู้นำศาสนา ผู้นำชุมชน เด็ก เยาวชน และประชาชน การจัดการเรียนรู้ตามหลักศาสนาอิสลามของชุมชน มุ่งเน้นให้ผู้เรียนศรัทธาต่ออัลลอฮฺนำหลักคำสอนมาเป็นวิถีเเห่งการดำเนินชีวิต ผ่านกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วม การพูดคุยอย่างสม่ำเสมอนำเรื่องราวทั้งในอดีตและปัจจุบัน การทำกิจกรรมทางศาสนามาบูรณาการเป็นบทเรียนเพื่อถ่ายทอดเเก่เด็กเเละเยาวชนให้สอดคล้องกับความเปลี่ยนเเปลงชองชุมชน คนในชุมชนได้เรียนรู้ระบบคุณค่าทางศาสนาผ่านวิถีชีวิตการดำเนินชีวิต ประเพณี วัฒนธรรม ความเชื่อ และปฏิบัติศาสนกิจ ถ่ายทอดกระบวนการเรียนรู้โดยสถาบันศาสนา สถาบันการศึกษา และสถาบันครอบครัว ประยุกต์ใช้ฐานความคิด ความเชื่อให้เหมาะสมต่อสถานการณ์และสภาวการณ์ในปัจจุบันที่เปลี่ยนเเปลงไป ตลอดจนการเลือกผสมผสานกับความรู้ที่เข้ามากระทบจากภายนอกอย่างเหมาะสม แนวทางในการพัฒนาและสนับสนุนศูนย์การศึกษาอิสลามประจำมัสยิด(ตาดีกา)ที่สำคัญคือการพัฒนาบุคลากรครู้ทั้งในด้านความรู้ความสามารถทางด้านศาสนาและความชำนาญในวิชาชีพครู การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการเรียนการสอน การบูรณาการหลักสูตรด้านศาสนาในสถาบันที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อลดความซ้ำซ้อนและการทำงานแบบเเยกส่วน อีกทั้งการผลักดันให้ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาการศึกษา ภายใต้ฐานแนวคิดแบบไตรภาคี ระหว่าง หน่วยงานรัฐ สถาบันวิชาการ องค์กรพัฒนาชุมชน/เอกชนและองค์กรชุมชน
