บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการการเพิ่มสมรรถนะการผลิตสื่ออีเลิร์นนิ่งของนักศึกษาเตรียมออกปฏิบัติการlอน สร้างเว็บฝึกอบรมที่เพิ่มสมรรถนะการผลิตสื่ออีเลิร์นนิ่ง ศึกษสมรรถนะและความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาเตรียมออกปฏิบัติการสอนที่ได้รับการฝึกอบรมบนเว็บ โดยศึกษากับกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 4 หลักสูตร 5 ปี คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์จํานวน 80 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่ายเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสํารวจความต้องการการเพิ่มสมรรถนะการผลิตสื่ออีเลิร์นนิ่งแบบประเมินคุณภาพเว็บฝึกอบรม แบบวัดสมรรถนะการผลิตสื่ออีเลิร์นนิ่งด้านความรู้ทักษะและเจตคติ ของนั กศึกษาและแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ สถิติ ที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูล ได้ แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานแบบ One Sample t-Test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ความต้องการการเพิ่มสมรรถนะการผลิ ตสื่ออีเลิร์นนิ่งของนักศึกษาเตรียมออกปฏิบัติการสอนอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) เว็บฝึกอบรมเพื่อเพิ่มสมรรถนะการผลิตสื่ออีเลิร์นนิ่งมีประสิทธิภาพที่ 83.18/84.30 (3) สมรรถนะในการผลิตสื่ออีเลิร์นนิ่งของนักศึกษาเตรียมออกปฏิบัติการสอน ด้านความรู้ อยู่ในระดับดีมาก ด้านทักษะ อยู่ในระดับดี และด้านเจตคติอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง และ (4) ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาเตรียมออกปฏิบัติการสอนที่ได้รับการฝึกอบรมบนเว็บมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุด
This research aimed to (1) study the pre-professional internship students? demand for increasing competencies in e-learning media production, (2) develop the web-based training to increase their competencies in e-learning media production, and (3) find out their competencies and satisfaction after finishing the web-based training. The study samples consisted of 80 fourth years undergraduate students (5-year program) of Faculty of Education, Prince of Songkla University. The samples were purposively selected by simple random sampling. The research instruments were the questionnaire for the pre-professional internship students? demand to increase competencies in e-learning media production, the quality assessment of training program, competency assessment on e-learning media production, and the satisfaction assessment. The frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation and t-test hypothesis were used for data analysis. The study revealed that: (1) pre-professional internship students? demand for competencies in e-learning media production of was at a very high level, (2) Web-based training had an efficiency of 83.18/84.30, (3) pre-professional internship students? competencies in e-learning media production were at a very good level for cognitive and a good level for psychomotor domain, and at a strongly agreeable level for the affective domain, and 4) their satisfaction on web-based training was at the highest level. |
