บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
การศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการดำเนินการในการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ ตามแนวปฏิรูปการศึกษา ของครูอิสลามศึกษาในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามจังหวัดปัตตานี ในด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน การจัดทำแผนการเรียนการสอน การใช้สื่อประกอบการเรียนการสอน และการวัดผลประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับการดำเนินการในการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญของครูอิสลามศึกษา ตามตัวแปร วุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการสอน กลุ่มวิชาที่สอน และการอบรมเกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหา ความต้องการ และข้อเสนอแนะในการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ครูผู้สอนวิชาอิสลามศึกษา จำนวน 313 คน จากประชากรทั้งสิ้น 1440 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ค่า้บี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าการทดสอบที และค่าการทดสอบเอฟ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการดำเนินการในการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ ของครูอิสลามศึกษาในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม จังหวัดปัตตานี ในสภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับการดำเนินการในการจัดการดรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ ของครูอิสลามศึกษา จำแนกตาม วุฒิการศึกษา วุฒิครู ประสบการณ์การสอนอิสลามศึกษา มีการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ โดยภาพรวม ไม่แตกต่างกันยกเว้นครูอิสลามศึกษาที่สอนในกลุ่มวิชาแตกต่างกัน มีการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ โดยภาพรวมและด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ด้านการจัดทำแผนการเรียนการสอนและด้านการวัดและประเมินผลตามสภาพจริงแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) สภาพปัญหา ความต้องการและข้อเสนอแนะ ของครูอิสลามศึกษา ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ ทั้ง 4 ด้าน พบว่า ปัญหาที่พบมากที่สุด คือ ครูไมเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการจัดกิจกรรมการสอน การเขียนแผนการสอน การใช้สื่อประกอบการเรียนการสอน และการวัดประเมินตามสภาพจริง กอปรกับมีข้อจำกัดในเรื่องงบประมาณบริหารโรงเรียนที่ไม่เพียงพอครูจึงต้องการและเสนอแนะให้ทางรัฐบาลช่วยเหลือในเรื่องงบประมาณมากที่สุด รองลงมาครูอิสลามศึกษาต้องการให้มีการอบรบในเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเรียนการสอน
Thai research was intended : 1) to examine the perceived levels of student centered learning and teaching practices according to educational reform by ISLAMIC private school teachers in Pattani with regard to instructional activities management, lesson plan preparation, use of instructional aids, and measurement and evaluation; 2) to compare the perceived levels of student-centered learning and teaching practices according to education backgrounds, subject area taught, teaching experiences, and participation in training of student- centered approach; and 3) to delineate in relation to student- centered learning and teaching practices for ISLAMIC private school teachers in Pattani according to educational reform. The samples of this study consisted of 313 religious teachers. Statistics used for data analysis was based on percentage, arithmetic means, standard deviation, t-test and F-test. The results of the study are as follows: 1)In overall and in each aspect, the perceived levels of student centered learning and teaching practices according to educational reform by ISLAMIC private school teachers in Pattani are moderate. 2)The compared means of the perceived student - centered learning and teaching practices according to educational reform by ISLAMIC private school teachers in Pattani who have different ages, educational backgrounds, subject area taught, and teaching experiences is not significantly different subject area, in overall and in each aspect, have significant different perceptions towards the student centered learning and teaching practices with regard to instructional activities management, lesson plan preparation, and measurement and evaluation at the statistical level of .05. 3) with respect to problems and suggestions about student - centered learning and teaching practices of ISLAMIC studies according to the four aforementioned aspects, they are discovered that the main problems are lack of knowledge and understanding towards of instructional activities management, lesson plan preparation, use of instructional aids, and teachers then are in need of financial assistance and training or workshops for instructional method in order to enhance their student-centered learning and teaching practices |
