บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์สถานภาพของรายงานหะดีษในการยอมรับเป็นคำสอนของศาสนาอิสลาม การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากนังสือหะดีษฉบับแม่บท และหนังสือที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น หนังสือมุศเฏาะลาหฺหะดีษ หนังสือตัครีจญ์หะดีษ และหนังสืออัลญัรหฺ วัตตะอ์ดีล และสารสนเทศ ข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องได้จัดเป็นหมวดหมู่ตามหัวข้อที่เกี่ยวข้องต่าง ๆ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้หลักการอุลูม อัลหะดีษ หลักการตัครีจญ์ และหลักการอัลญัรหฺและอัตตะอฺดีล โดยยึดแนวทางของอุละมาอ์อฺตะดิลูนเป็นหลัก<br />
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การยอมรับหะดีษในฐานะเป็นคำสอนของอิสลามส่วนใหญ่ขะพิจรณาสายรายงานของหะดีษประกอบด้วย 1) พิจารณาคุณลักษณะของู้รายงานแต่ละท่านด้านคุณธรรมซึ่งอยู่ในลำดับที่สูงสุดและรองลงมาตามลำดับขั้น และด้านความบกพร่องซึ่งอยู๋ในลำดับที่ต่ำจนถึงต่ำที่สุดตามลำดับขั้นเช่นเดียวกัน 2) พิจารณาตามสภาพของสายรายงาน เช่น สำนวนการรายานหะดีษ อัลมุตาบิอาตและอัชชะวาฮิดของหะดีษ ความต่อเนื่องของการรายงาน คุณสมบัติของหะดีษ ระดับของสายรายงาน การได้รับการสนับสนุนจากสายรายงานอื่น และความขัดแย้งของตัวบทหะดีษระหว่างเศาะหี้หฺด้วยกันหรือเศาะหี้หฺกับเฏาะอีฟ 3) สายรายงานที่อยู่ในระดับสูงที่สุดและรองลงมาสามารถอ้างเป็นคำสอนของศาสนาอิสลามได้อย่างถูกต้อง ได้แก่ หะดีษเศาะหี้หฺและหะดีษหะสัน สายรายงานที่อยู่ในระดับกึ่งกลางระหว่างสูงสุดกับต่ำสุดสามารถอ้างเป็นคำสอนกับบางเรื่องเท่านั้น ได้แก่ หะดีษเฏาะอีฟ ส่วนรายงานที่อยู๋ในระดับต่ำที่สุดไม่สามารถอ้างเป็นคำสอนอิสลามอย่างเด็ดขาด ได้แก่ หะดีษเฏาะอีฟ ญิดดันและหะดีษเมาฎอฺ 4) การตัดสินหะดีษแต่ละบทพบว่า บางหะดีษอุละมาอ์มีความเห็นเป็นเอกฉันท์ต่อระดับของหะดีษและบางตัวบทอุละมาอ์มีความเห็นที่ขัดแย้งกันก็ขึ้นอยู่กับความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญของอุละมาอ์แต่ละท่านด้านอัลญัรหฺและอัตตะอฺดีล โดยมีหลักการในการปฏิบัติคือ ควรพิจารณาการตัดสินของอุละมาอ์เฉพาะทางเป็นกลัก
The aim of this research is to learn analyze the status of the lines of hadith narrators in acceptance as an Islamic teaching. To accumulate data from mother copies of hadith books and related books such as; the books of Mustalah Hadith, the books of Takhrij Hadith and the books of al-Jarh and al-Ta?dil, information and related data are arranged into classification according to the various topics. Analyzing data by using principle of Ulum al-Hadith, principle of Takhrij and principle of al- Jarh and al-Ta?dil by holding to ulama? Mu?tadilun?s principle.<br />
The result found that acceptance Hadith as an Islamic teacing, most of them will consider the line of hadith narrators in these ways : 1) consider each narrator?s characteristic in his virtue that is in the highest step and the second step arraging respectively, and in his error or mistake that is in the low to the lowest atep arraging respectively too. 2) consider the ststus of the lines of narrators such as, the wordings of Hadith narrating, al-Mutabi?at and al-Shawahid of Hadith, continuity of narrating, the property of Hadith, the class of the lines of narrators, getting supporting from other lines of narrators and the conflict of the texts of Hadith between Sahih with Sahih and Sahih with Da?if. 3) The lines of narrators that are in the highest class and inferior class can be claimed as an Islamic teaching correctly: they are Hadith sahih and Hadith Hasan.The lines of narrators that is in the middle class between the highest and the lowest can be claimed as an Islamic teaching with only some cases: it is Hadith da?if. As for the lines of narrators that are in the lowest class aren?t allowed to claim as an Islamic teaching stictky : they are Hadith Da?if Jiddan and Hadith Maudu?. 4) In making a decidion of each Hadith, we found that Ulama? have the opinion by common consent with the alss of some Hadith and they have contrary opinion with some Hadith, it si up to the knowlwdge and experience of each Ulama?in al-Jarh and al-Ta ?dil by having the principle in practice, that is, we should consider in making a decision of specific Ulama?.<br />
