ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้
1. ด้านบริบท ผลการประเมินวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรโดยภาพรวม อาจารย์ นักศึกษา พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดี ส่วนบัณฑิตประเมินวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านเนื้อหารายวิชาของหลักสูตร โดยภาพรวมอาจารย์ นักศึกษา พบว่ามีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดี ส่วนบัณฑิตประเมินเนื้อหารายวิชาของหลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
2.ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้น ผลการประเมินด้านคุณลักษณะของอาจารย์โดยภาพรวม อาจารย์ นักศึกษา บัณฑิต พบว่ามีความเห็นสอดคล้องกันอยู่ในระดับดีและการประเมินโดยอาจารย์ นักศึกษา บัณฑิต ที่มีความเห็นสอดคล้องกันอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง คือ สัดส่วนของอาจารย์ต่อนักศึกษา ส่วนการประเมินด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก สื่อโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ ตำราเรียน และสถานที่เรียนโดยภาพรวมพบว่า นักศึกษา บัณฑิตมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนอาจารย์ประเมิน สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านสื่อโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ ตำราเรียน และสถานที่เรียน พบว่ามีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดี
3.ด้านกระบวนการ ผลการประเมินหลักสูตร ด้านกระบวนการเรียนการสอนและการจัดกิจกรรม โดยภาพรวมพบว่า อาจารย์ นักศึกษา มีความเห็นว่าเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดี ส่วนบัณฑิตประเมินด้านกระบวนการเรียนการสอนและการจัดกิจกรรม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง การประเมินด้านการวัดและการประเมินผล พบว่าอาจารย์ นักศึกษา และบัณฑิตมีความเห็นสอดคล้องกันอยู่ในระดับดี
4.ด้านผลผลิต ผลการประเมินหลักสูตรของผู้บังคับบัญชาบัณฑิตเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพของบัณฑิต ด้านความรู้ ความสามารถและทักษะการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรมและเจตคติต่อการทำงาน ด้านบุคลิกภาพและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ โดยภาพรวมพบว่ามีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับดี
The purpose of this research was to evaluate the curriculum of bachelor of arts in economics and management program through CIPP model i.e., context, input, process and
product. The population of the study consisted of 5 lecturers, 170 second year up students
majoring in economics and management program, 40 students who graduated in 2005 and 35
graduates? employers. The instrument used for the data collection was the questionnaires with 5
Likert scales. The statistics used in the analysis were percentage, arithmetic mean and standard
deviation.
The research findings are as follows:
1. With respect to the context, the overall evaluation of the objectives of the
curriculum by lecturers and students indicates good level of appropriateness. However, graduates?
evaluation of the objectives of the curriculum shows a moderate level of appropriateness. With
regard to the course contents of the curriculum, the overall evaluation by lecturers and students
showed a good level of appropriateness whereas graduates? evaluation shows a moderate level.
2. With respect to the input, the overall evaluation of lecturers? qualifications by
teachers, students and graduates shows a good level of appropriateness. However, a moderate
level of evaluation by lecturers, students, and graduates is shown in a proportion between
lecturers and students. In addition, the overall evaluation by students and graduates regarding
facilities provided, media, textbooks and building shows a moderate level of appropriateness
whereas a good level of appropriateness is shown by lecturers? evaluation.

3. With respect to the process, the overall evaluation of the curriculum in regard
to learning and teaching process and activity conducting by lecturers and students shows a good
level of appropriateness. However, graduates? evaluation of learning and teaching process and
activity conducting reveals a moderate level of appropriateness. In addition, evaluation of
measurement and assessment by lecturers, students and graduates shows good level of
appropriateness.
4. With respect to the product, evaluation by graduates? employers pertaining to
qualifications of graduates i.e., knowledge, competency, working skills, ethics, moral, attitude
toward working, personality, and human relation shows a good level of appropriateness.
