บทคัดย่อ/Abstract | โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพอยู่ใน ระดับปานกลาง ส่วนด้านการควบคุมคุณภาพ และด้านการประเมินคุณภาพ อยู่ในระดับมาก ของผู้บริหารตามทัศนะของคณะกรรมการประกันคุณภาพในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอยู่ในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of administrative skills, the level of academic skills and the level of quality assurance performance of the administrators as Perceived by Quality Assurance Committee in Islamic Private Schools in Three Southern Border Provinces, 2) to study the relationship between administrative skills and the administrators' quality assurance performance as Perceived by Quality Assurance Committee in Islamic Private Schools, in Three Southern Border Provinces 3) to study the relationship between academic skills and the administrators' quality assurance performance as Perceived by Quality Assurance Committee in Islamic Private Schools, in Three Southern Border Provinces. The samples of this study consisted of 316 quality assurance committee in Islamic Private Schools in Three Southern Border Provinces. The research instrument used for collecting data was a rating scale questionnaire consisted of 3 parts : Part 1 level of administrative skills of Islamic Private School administrators, with the reliability was .899;Part 2 level of academic skills of Islamic Private School administrators, with the reliability was.901; and Part 3 level of quality assurance performance of the administrators, with the reliability was .899. The data were analyzed using arithmetic means, standard deviations,Pearson correlation coefficient by using t-test. The research findings were summarized as follows: 1. Overall and in each aspect of the administrative skills of the administrators as Perceived by Quality Assurance Committee in Islamic Private Schools in Three Southern Border Provinces were at a high level. 2. The academic skills of the administrators as Perceived by Quality Assurance Committee in Islamic Private Schools in Three Southern Border Provinces were overall at a high level. When each aspect of academic skills was investigated, it revealed that Academic Human resource management skills were at a moderate level, while supervision skills and assessment skills were at a high level. 3. Administrators' the Quality Assurance Performance as Perceived by Quality Assurance Committee in Islamic Private Schools in Three Southern Border Provinces were overall at a moderate level, When each aspect of Quality Assurance Performance was investigated, it revealed that quality measurement was at a moderate level, while quality control and quality assessment were at a high level. 4. The relationship between administrative skills and the Administrators' Quality Assurance Performance as Perceived by Quality Assurance Committee in Islamic Private Schools in Three Southern Border Provinces were overall positively high level at the significance of .01. 5. The relationship between Academic Skills and the Administrators' Quality Assurance Performance as Perceived by Quality Assurance Committee in Islamic Private Schools in Three Southern Border Provinces were overall positively high level at the significance of .01. |
