เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาจังหวัดยะลา จำแนกตามปัจจัยอนามัยและปัจจัยจูงใจ ศึกษาความแตกต่างของขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาจังหวัดยะลา ตามตัวแปรด้านประชากรศาสตร์และด้านสถานการณ์ เพื่อค้นหาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงานของครูในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา
จังหวัดยะลา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นครูในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาจังหวัดยะลา จำนวน 350 คนที่ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นที่เป็นสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบลิเคิร์ท สำหรับวัดขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานที่มีค่าความเที่ยงระหว่าง .84 - .93 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F? test)และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ โดยวิธีเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยแบบ HSD(Honestly Significant Difference)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานโดยรวมของครูในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาจังหวัดยะลา
อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ยกเว้นด้านความเจริญเติบโตและการพัฒนามีระดับขวัญและกำลังใจอยู่ในระดับมาก
2. ขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานโดยรวมของครูในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาจังหวัดยะลา
ตามตัวแปรด้านประชากรศาสตร์และด้านสถานการณ์ ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ สถานภาพสมรส ศาสนา ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน เขตพื้นที่การปฏิบัติงาน สถานที่ตั้งของโรงเรียน การเกิดเหตุการณ์กับคนใกล้ชิดและการเกิดเหตุการณ์ในโรงเรียน มีขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ แต่ในด้าน ภูมิลำเนา วุฒิทางการศึกษา รายได้ที่ได้รับต่อเดือน การใช้ภาษามลายูท้องถิ่นและ
การมีเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความสงบในโรงเรียนมีขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานไม่แตกต่างกัน
3. ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงานโดยรวมของครูในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาจังหวัดยะลา
ที่ค้นพบ คือ ปัญหาทางด้านความมั่นคงและความปลอดภัย และปัญหาทางด้านสวัสดิการ
The purposes of this research were :1) to study the level of morale in job performance of teachers in Yala educational areas, which was classified according to sanitation factors and motivation factors 2) to study the difference of morale in job performance of the teachers in relevance to variables of demography and the situation and 3) to find out the problems and obstacles within job performance of the teachers.
The sample used for this research were 350 teachers in Yala province, which were selected by proportional stratified random sampling. The tool which used for gathering the data was a Likert-type questionnaire measuring morale in job performance of teachers with reliability coefficient of .84 - .93.
The statistics used for the analysis were percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, F- test, and HSD (Honestly Significant Difference).
The results of the study revealed that.
1. The overall of morale in job performance of teachers in Yala educational areas was moderate but the growth and the development of morale was in high level.
2. The overall of morale in job performance of the teachers in relevance to gender, age, marital status, religion, working experience in the area, school location, unexpected events happened to their closed ones and unexpected events happened in their school were significantly different. But on the side of hometown location, educational degree level, income per-month, using malayu dialect as a medium of communication, presence of peace force keepers at school were not significantly different.
3. The problems and obstacles in job performance as a whole in Yala educational areas were.security of life and property, and satisfaction with additional welfare.
The suggestions from this research was. The government must have better strategies in maintaining the effective security and better additional welfare for the teachers in order to promote morale in job performance.
