บทคัดย่อ/Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพและการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวาน และหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพกับการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วย โรคเบาหวาน ในอำเภอปะนาเระ จังหวัดปัตตานีกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยเบาหวานที่มารับบริการที่โรงพยาบาลปะนาเระ จำนวน 250 คน ในระหว่างวันที่ 11 กุมภาพันธ์ - 9 มีนาคม 2551 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเองเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์ หาความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิตรวจสอบ และหาค่าความเชื่อมั่นโดยวิธีแบบสอบซ้ำ ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.94 และหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความสอดคล้องของผู้สัมภาษณ์โดยใช้สูตรของฮอยท์ ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.97 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป หาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ผู้ป่วยเบาหวานมีการรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพโดยรวม ถูกต้องอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

2. ผู้ป่วยเบาหวานมีการดูแลตนเองโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

3. การรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการดูแลตนเองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.01

ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ชี้ให้เห็นว่า ควรส่งเสริมให้ผู้ป่วยเบาหวานมีการรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพที่ถูกต้องรวมทั้งกระตุ้นให้มีการดูแลตนเองที่เหมาะสมต่อไป

The objectives of this study aimed to investigate health status and the relationhip between health status and self-care of Diabetes Mellitus Patients in Amphoe Panarea Changwat Pattani. The samples were composed of 250 Diabetes Mellitus Patients, in Amphoe Panarea, who were attended the out and inner patient department from 11 February- 9 March 2008. The instruments of the study were a demographic data recording form a health status perception and self-care form. The content validity index and reliability of questionnaires were 0.94 and 0.97 for Hoyt?s coefficient. Data was analyzed by packaged program using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson?s product moment correlation coefficient.
The result of the study revealed that:
1. Overall health perception of Diabetes Mellitus Patients were correctly in
moderate level.
2. Overall self-care of Diabetes Mellitus Patients were correctly in moderate
level.
3. Overall Perception of Health Status near correlated with Self - Care at
statistically a significant level of 0.01.
The study revealed that Diabetes Mellitus Patients should be promoted with
Perception of Health Status and encouraged into their self care.
