บทคัดย่อ/Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1.เพื่อศึกษาสถานภาพการทำวิจัยของบุคลากรวิทยาลัย 2.เพื่อศึกษาเจตคติต่อการวิจัยของบุคลากรวิทยาลัย 3.เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยที่เอื้อต่อการทำวิจัยของบุคลากรวิทยาลัย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา จำนวน 45 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประชากรของวิทยาลัยอิสลามศึกษาส่วนใหญ่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำวิจัยเป็นงานวิจัยประยุกต์เกี่ยวกับปัญหาสังคมปัจจุบัน ใช้เวลา 1-2 ปีต่อเรื่อง ทำวิจัยเป็นกลุ่มมากกว่าเดี่ยว ทุนที่ใช้ในการทำวิจัยได้รับจากงบประมาณเงินรายได้ และงบประมาณเงินแผ่นดิน ผลงานวิจัยส่วนใหญ่ยังไม่มีการตีพิมพ์ในวารสารทางวิชาการ 2.บุคลากรมีเจตคติ ค่านิยมต่อการวิจัยอยู่ในระดับมาก และมีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยที่เอื้อต่อการทำวิจัยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีความคิดเห็นด้านทรัพยากรเพื่อส่งเสริมการทำวิจัยอยู่ในระดับมาก สำหรับปัจจัยด้านนโยบายและการบริหารการวิจัย ด้านความรู้และประสบการณ์ทำวิจัย ด้านแหล่งค้นคว้าข้อมูล ด้านงบประมาณการวิจัย ด้านเวลาสำหรับการทำวิจัย และด้านผลตอบแทนจากการทำวิจัย บุคลากรเห็นด้วยในระดับปานกลาง

The objectives of the study are : 1) to study the current research status
of the college?s staff, 2) to discover the staff members? attitudes towards research,
and 3) to study the staff members; opinions regarding contributory factors in
conducting research. The population of the study is a total of 45 staff members.
Questionnaire with the reliability index at 0.86 is applied in the process of data
gathering as a tool of study. Analysis of the data is conducted by SPSS/FW
application with basic statistics i.e. frequency, percentage, and average presented in
tables.
The findings of the study showed that:
1) Most of the population of the College of Islamic Studies have
experience in conducting research, especially applied research on current social
problems of which each piece usually takes 1-2 years with preference of group
research rather than individual study. Sources of research budget are income budget
and the fiscal allocation. Almost works have not been published in academic journals.
2) The staff members have very high level of the positive attitude
towards research. The overall opinion on factors contributing to research is found in
medium level of agreement with high level of agreement on adequate resource for
research promotion. The staff members respond to different aspects of the
contributing factors i.e. policies and research management, knowledge and research
experience, information sources, research budget, time factor, and financial reward of
research in the medium level of agreement.
