ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้
1. บุคลากรทางการศึกษาในสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาจังหวัดปัตตานีมีขวัญการปฎิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ยกเว้นด้านสภาพแวดล้อมการปฎิบัติงาน ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล ด้านเงิน ฐานะและความมั่นคง ด้านความสำเร็จ และด้านการยกย่กย่องในความสำเร็จอยู่ในระดับมาก
2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบตามสมมุติฐาน พบว่า บุคลากรทางการศึกาาที่ปฎิบัติงานในสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาปัตตานี เขต1 และเขต2 มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติในด้านนโยบายและการบริหารงาน ด้านการบังคับบัญชา ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงาน ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล ด้านเงิน ฐานะและความมั่นคง ด้านความสำเร็จ และด้านการยกย่องในความสำเร็จ และบุคลากรที่ปฎิบัติงานในกลุ่มงานนิเทศติดตามและประเมินผลการจัดการศึกษากลุ่มงานส่งเสริมการศึกษา และกลุ่มงานสำนักงาน มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ในด้านเงิน ฐานนะและความมั่นคง ด้านความสำเร็จ และด้านความเจริญเติบโตและการพัฒนา ส่วนด้านอื่นๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน
สำหรับบุคลากรที่มีอายุราชการน้อยกว่า 10 ปี 10-20 ปี และมากกว่า 20 ปี มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ในด้านนโยบายและการบริหารงาน และด้านการบังคับบัญชา ส่วนด้านอื่นๆไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this research were to study the degree of staff morale in job performances in the Office of Educational Service Area in Pattani province and also to compare the degree of staff morale in the aspects of places, task section and duration of government service.
The samples used in this study consisted of 150 educational personnels in the Office of Educational Service Area, Pattani province. A questionnair with Likert Scale was used as an instrument to collect the staff?s personal data and staff?s performance morale. The statistics used in this study were percentage, means, standard deviation, t-test and F-test in testing the hypothesis. The results of the research were as follows
1. The morale of staff in the office of Educational Service Area in Pattani province was at the moderate level, whereas the atmosphere in performing job, the inter - personnal relationship, the financial status, the job security, the achievement and the recognition of the achievement were at the high level.
2. In comparison of the hypothesis, it was found that there were significant differences at the level of 0.05 between educational staff in the Office of Educational Service Area One and of Area Two in the aspects of policy, command, work-place atmosphere,
inter - personal relationship, finance, status, job security, achievement and recognition of the achievement. There were also significant differences at the level of 0.05 among the staffs working in the task section of educational supervision and evaluation, educational promotion and office staffs in the aspects of finance, status, job security, achievement and job
advancement and improvement where other aspects were not found. Besides, there were significant differences at the level of 0.05 among the staffs with the duration of the government service less-than 10 years, between 10-20 years and more than 20 years in the aspects of policy and administration and in the aspects of staff command whereas other aspects were not found.
