บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
????มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ปัจจัยที่ก่อให้เกิดการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิก 2) ลักษณะการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิก และ3) ผลประโยชน์ที่สมาชิกกลุ่มพิทักษ์สวัสดิภาพชาวโคกโพธิ์ได้รับจากการมีส่วนร่าวมในการจัดสวัสดิการของชุมชน <br />
????โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากสมาชิกกลุ่มที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรมการอุทิศแก่ผู้เสียชีวิตติดต่อกัน 5 ครั้ง และเคยได้รับสวัสดิการจากกลุ่ม ซึ่งเป็นสมาชิกตั้งแต่ 20 ปีขึ้นไป นับตั้งแต่พ.ศ.2518 และผู้ที่เข้าเป็นสมาชิกไม่เกิน 4 ปีนับตั้งแต่ พ.ศ.2542 ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง<br />
????ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ก่อให้เกิดการมีส่วนร่วมแบ่งได้เป็น 2 ประการ คือ 1) ปัจจัยทางสังคม ได้แก่ ความต้องการการยอมรับในชุมชน ต้องการช่วยเหลือสังคม ต้องการความมั่นคงปลอดภัย และต้องการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของกลุ่ม 2) ปัจจัยทางเศรษฐกิจ หรือผลประโยชน์ ได้แก่ สวัสดิการที่สมาชิกได้รับ เช่น ค่าจัดการศพตามประเพณี มุนการศึกษาบุตร ส่วนลักษณะการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิก พบว่ามี 4 ลักษณะ คือ 1) การร่วมกันวางแผน ร่วมกันตัดสินใจ 2) การร่วมปฏืบัติ 3) การร่วมได้รับผลประโยชน์ และ4) การร่วมประเมินผล <br />
????สำหรับการศึกษาผลประโยชน์ที่สมาชิกได้รับ จากการมีส่วนร่วมสวัสดิการชุมชน ได้แก่ ผลผลิตซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์จากการดำเนินงาน แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระดับ คือ1) ระดับบุคคล 2) ระดับกลุ่ม 3) ระดับชุมชน และผลลัพธ์เป็นผลของสำนึกรวมที่เกิดจากค่านิยม ทัสนคติ และการเรียนรู้ของสมาชิก นำไปสู่การพึ่งตนเอง ได้แก่ 1) ความเป็นเครือญาติ 2) วิสัยทัศน์ของผู้นำกลุ่ม 3) องค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ 4)สำนึกแห่งการช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูล 5)การประนีประนอมประสานประโยชน์ และ6) การพึ่งตนเองนำไปสู่การเป็นชุมชนเข้มแข็ง<br />
????ดังนั้นการมีส่วนร่วมสมาชิกกลุ่มพิทักษ์สวัสดิภาพชาวโคกโพธิ์ในการจัดสวัสดิการชุมชน ต้องเกิดจากความต้องการอันแท้จริงและสายสัมพันธ์แห่งทุนทางสังคมที่มีอยู่ในชุมชน ทำให้สมาชิกเกิดการเรียนรู้ศักยภาพของตนเอง อันนำไปสู่ความเข้มแข็งและการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของกลุ่มและชุมชนต่อไป
This research aims to examine 1) factors leading to members? participation 2) members? participation characteristics and 3) benefits for the Phitthak Sawatdiphap Chao Khok Pho members who participate in community welfare management. The data are obtained from 10 members who regularly join the death devotion ritual for 5 times and used to receive the community welfare from the over 20 year group members since 1975 and those with lower than 4 year membership since 1999. Purposive simple random method is used to gather these 20 samples.<br />
The research finds that there are 2 factors leading to members? participation which include 1) social factors, namely need for being accepted by community, for assisting society, for being stable and secure and for participating in group activities, 2) economic factors or benefits consisting of received welfare such as money for traditional funeral, educational grant for children ect. Members? participation characteristics are divided into 4 types: 1) plan sharing or decision sharing, 2) implementation sharing, 3) benefit receipt sharing and 4) evaluation sharing. Regarding the study of benefits for the group members participating in community welfare management, products which are the benefits from the management are classified into 3 levels: 1) individual, 2) group, 3) community. The outcomes resulted by co-awareness from values, attitudes and the members? learning leading to self-dependent community refer to 1) kindred relationship, 2) group leader?s vision, 3) knowledge learning unit 4) awareness of assistance 5) beneficial compromise for community and 6) self-dependence for community strength. <br />
Therefore, the participation of Phitthak Sawatdiphap Choa Khok Pho members in community welfare management depends on the members? genuine need and the social capital relationship in the community which encourage the members to realize their potential allowing strength and sustainable development to both the group and the community. |
