????ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ ประชาชนในพื้นที่ที่ปฏิบัติการอบรมโครงการอาชีวศึกษาพัฒนา ปีงบประมาณ 2544 ในพื้นที่ 4 จังหวัดภาคใต้ ได้แก่ สุราษฏร์ธานี นครศรีธรรมราช ปัตตานี และยะลาเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการประเมินโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบที
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1.ปัจจัยเบื้องต้น ได้แก่ บุคลากร วัสดุอุปกรณ์ เอกสารมีเพียงพอ สถานที่เหมาะสม เวลาที่ใช้ในการปฏิบัติโครงการพอดี โดยหลังการดำเนินโครงการต้องการปัจจัยเบื้องต้นมากกว่า
2. กระบวนการดำเนินงานจากผู้เข้ารับอบรม มีความสนใจ ตั้งใจ ในการทำงานของคณะกรรมการ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
An evaluation of Vocational Development Project of Vocational Colleges aimed to (1) study the level of quantities and appropriateness of basic factors : manpower, materials, documents. Location and duration of the project organized in 4 southern provinces (2) compare the level of quantities and appropriateness of basic factors while the training project was still in the process and after the project was complete. (3) study the factors arising from the trainers and the trainees : the level of cooperation of the trainees, the level of attention of the trainees, the level of willingness of the trainers and the level of attractiveness of the materials both in process and after the completion of training project (4) compare the levels of the 4 factors arising from the trainers and the trainees both occurring in the process and after the completion of the training project. (5) study the effectiveness of the training project in terms of the trainees' knowledge of cooking and nutrient (6) compare the level of knowledge of cooking and nutrition of the trainees before joining the project and after finishing the project The population of the study consisted of 200 local people in the areas of 4 provinces (Surathani, Nakornsritammarat, Pattani and Yala) who took part in the training project organized in fiscal year 2544. The three sets of questionnaires were used to collect data on basic factors, factors arising from trainers and trainees and the effectiveness of training project. A test was also used to test the level of knowledge of cooking and nutrition of the trainees. Percentage, means, Standard Deviation and T-test were applied in analyzing data.
The research results were as follows :
1. The level of quantites and appropriateness of all basic factors : manpower, materials, document, location (site) and duration, appeared at middle level. Data analysis also
reveals that level of quantities and appropriateness of the 4 basic factors at the completion of the training project appeared significantly higher at .01 than that occurring while the training project was still in action.
2. The factors arising from the trainers and the trainees : the level of cooperation of the trainees, the level of attention of the trainees, the level of willingness of the trainers and the level of attractiveness of the materials used were found at middle level. It was also evident that the levels of factors arising from the trainers and the trainees at the completion of the training project was significantly higher than the level of those arising in the process of training.
3. Analysis of data showed the effectiveness of the training project in 3 dimensions :
3.1 The trainees' performance of cooking both for their own consumption and for earning a living before their taking part in the training project was at low level, while their performance after joining the project developed to middle level, which was at .01 significantly
higher.
3.2 The figures showed that the trainees' performance of cooking for their own consumption was higher than that for earning a living, reaching significance at .01.
3.3 The level of knowledge about cooking and nutrition of the trainees was at low level before joining the training project. Howerver the trainees showed their development in level of knowledge gained at the end of the training project which fell at middle level, .01 statistically
significant. The evaluation of Vocational Development Training Project can be concluded that there was an improvement in basic factors, factors arising from the trainers and trainees, in the outcomes and trainees' knowledge about cooking and nutrition. It suggested that sufficiency and appropriateness of basic factors (manpower, materials, document, location and duration), were significant and necessary for the training project to bring about the expected outcomes which could effect and improve standard of living of the people.
