	บทคัดย่อ/Abstract	????การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ <br /> 1. ศึกษาระดับสภาพและปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา จังหวัดนราธิวาส <br /> 2. เปรียบเทียบสภาพและปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา จังหวัดนราธิวาส ที่มีประสบการณ์การดำรงตำแหน่งต่างกันและปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนขนาดต่างกัน <br /> 3. ศึกษาปฏิสัมพันธ์ร่วมระหว่างประสบการณ์ดำรงตำแหน่งต่างกันกับขนาดโรงเรียนที่ปฏิบัติงานต่างกัน ที่มีผลต่อสภาพและปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา จ.นราธิวาส <br /> 4. รวบรวมปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการปฏิบัติงานความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างชุมชน ทั้ง 5 ด้าน ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา จังหวัดนราธิวาส <br /> ????กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยเป็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษา จ.นราธิวาส จำนวน 186 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ ด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบสองทาง <br /> ????ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพและปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลางทั้งสภาพและปัญหา ส่วนผู้บริหารที่มีประสบการณ์การดำรงตำแหน่งต่างกันและปฏิบัติในขนาดโรงเรียนต่างกันมีสภาพและปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนไม่แตกต่างกัน This research was intended 1) to investigate the state and problems of school and community relations performed by elementary school administrators in Changwat Narathiwat,<br /> 2) to compare the state and problems of performance in school and community relations of administrators whose administrative experience and school sizes were different, 3) to investigate the interaction between administrative experience and school's size that affected the state and problems of the administrators' performance 4) to gather problems and suggestions on 5 aspects of school and community relations performed by elementary school administrators in Changwat Narathiwat.<br /> The subjects were 186 elementary school administrators affiliated to the Office of Provincial Primary Education, Changwat Narathiwat. The research instrument was a questionnaire consisting of 3 parts: Part 1 was about the respondents' and schools' general information, Part 2 consisted of 50 questions about state and problems in performing school and community relations, Part 3 was an open-ended questionnaire for the respondents to indicate the problems and suggestions for school and community relations. The data analysis was based on percentages, arithmetic means, standard deviations, the F-test and two-way analysis of variance.<br /> The findings were that the state and problems of school and community relations performed by elementary school administrators in Changwat Narathiwat were<br /> moderate. The administrators with administrative experience and those working in schools of different sizes were not different in their state and problems of this performance. The affects of the interaction between administrative experience and school's size on the states and problems of the administrators' school and community relations were not different.<br /> The major problem of the administrators' performance in school and community relations was the lack of financial budget, materials and equipment, and personnel. Moreover, people in the community were so poor that they did not have time for schools due to their jobs and inability to communicate well. The suggestions on how to solve these problems were to provide enough budget and personnel, to arrange activities for the community during free time but not too often, and to get the personnel who can speak Malay dialect to coordinate the school and community relations for mutual understandings
