บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
????การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะของแรงงานตามความต้องการของสถานประกอบการใน 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ใน 4 ด้าน คือด้านความรู้ ด้านทักษะความสามารถในการปฎิบัติงาน ด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ และด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม<br />
????กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ สถานประกอบการประเภทอุตสาหกรรม พาณิชยกรรมและบริการ ที่จดทะเบียนเป็นบริษัทจำกัด ใน 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ จำนวน 194 แห่ง โดยการใช้แบบสอบถาม<br />
????ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้<br />
1. คุณลักษณะของแรงงานตามความต้องการของสถานประกอบการใน 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือด้านทักษะความสามารถในการปฎิบัติงาน และด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ส่วนด้านความรู้อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง<br />
2. คุณลักษณะของแรงงานตามความต้องการของสถานประกอบการประเภทอุตสาหกรรม พาณิชยกรรม และบริการใน 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ มีระดับไม่แตกต่างกันทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้าน<br />
คุณลักษณะที่สำคัญของแรงงานที่ต้องการคือ กระตือรือร้นและตั้งใจทำงาน สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ มีความรู้และเข้าใจในการคิดบัญชีภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม และกล้าพูดกล้าแสดงความคิดเห็น ส่วนข้อเสนอแนะของสถานประกอบการคือ สถานศึกษาควรจัดให้มีการสอนการขับรถยนต์พร้อมอบรมความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายจราจร อบรมหรือบรรจุรายวิชาเกี่ยวกับบัญชีภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม และควรฝึกให้นักศึกษามีความรับผิดชอบ และกล้าแสดงออก
This research was intended to investigate the characteristics of labour as needed by private enterprises in the three southern border provinces in four aspects of labour qualities : knowledge, working skills, human relations, and moral conducts.<br />
Samples for this study were 194 privete industrial, commercial, and service enterprises registered as limited companies in the three southern border provinces. Questionnaires were used in this study comprising three parts: part one was a checklist of respondents' general background information ; part two was rating scale questionnaire on characteristics of labour as needed by three types of private enterprises : industrial, commercial, and services; part threewas an open-ended question on respondents' general suggestions for needed characteristics of labour.<br />
The research findings were as follows :<br />
1. The overall needs of labour characteristics for private enterprises in the three border provinces were at a high level; meanwhile, those in a moral conducts aspect were most needed, next came those in working skills and human relations, respectively; whereas those in knowledge were at a moderate level.<br />
2. There was no significant difference in levels of overall and individual needs of labour characteristics as classified by type of private enterprises (ie. industrial, commercial and services) in the three border provinces.<br />
Implications of the research for needed characteristics of labour types included the following : all three types of private enterprises required labours to be enthusiastic and willing to work, able to drive a car, knowledgeable and capable of VAT computing, and brave to express one's opinions. It was suggested by private enterprises that schools and educational establishments were to offer such spacial subjects as driving education and traffic laws, and VAT conputation; and also to educate the students and train them to be accountable and brave to express their opinions. |
