บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
????การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ <br />
1.เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในด้านหลักสูตร การบริหารจัดการวิชาการ การจัดการเรียนรู้ ห้องสมุดและแหล่งเรียนรู้ การพัฒนาบุคลากร การประเมินผล และการประกันคุณภาพ ตามทัศนะของข้าราชการครูในสถานศึกษา โครงการหนึ่งอำเภอหนึ่งโรงเรียนในฝันในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ <br />
2.เพื่อเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในด้านหลักสูตร การบริหารจัดการวิชาการ การจัดการเรียนรู้ ห้องสมุดและแหล่งเรียนรู้ การพัฒนาบุคลากร การประเมินผล และการประกันคุณภาพ ตามทัศนะของข้าราชการครูในสถานศึกษา โครงการหนึ่งอำเภอหนึ่งโรงเรียนในฝันในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ <br />
3.เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโครงการหนึ่งอำเภอหนึ่งโรงเรียนในฝันในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ในด้านผู้เรียน ด้านครูผู้สอน ด้านสถานศึกษา ด้านผู้ปกครองและชุมชน 4.เพื่อรวบรวมปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโครงการหนึ่งอำเภอหนึ่งโรงเรียนในฝันในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ <br />
????กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ คือ ข้าราชการครู จำนวน 329 คน ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 11 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าเอฟ <br />
????ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ <br />
1.ประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโครงการหนึ่งอำเภอหนึ่งโรงเรียนในฝันในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ตามทัศนะของข้าราชการครูโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ยกเว้นด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้อยู่ในระดับมาก <br />
2.ผลการเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามทัศนะของข้าราชการครูที่มีตำแหน่งเป็นหัวหน้าวิชาการ หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้และกลุ่มกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน และผู้สอน พบว่าโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรที่มีความแตกต่างอย่างนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 <br />
3.ผลการเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามทัศนะของข้าราชการครูที่ปฏิบัติในสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก กลาง และใหญ่ พบว่าโดยรวมมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 <br />
4.ประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโครงการหนึ่งอำเภอหนึ่งโรงเรียนในฝันในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ด้านผู้เรียน ด้านผู้สอน ด้านสถานศึกษา และด้านผู้ปกครองและชมชน พบว่าโดยรวมมีประสิทธิภาพเพิ่มขึ้น <br />
5.ปัญหาการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโครงการหนึ่งอำเภอหนึ่งโรงเรียนในฝันในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ที่พบมากสุด คือ สถานศึกษามีบุคลากรเกินเกณฑ์ แต่ขาดแคลนผู้สอนในบางกลุ่มสาระ ขาดสื่อที่ทันสมัยในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ งบประมาณที่จัดสรรไม่เพียงพอ ส่วนข้อเสนอแนะ คือ กระทรวงศึกษาธิการควรจัดสรรงบประมาณให้เท่าเทียมและต่อเนื่องในทุกสถานศึกษา จัดสรรอัตรากำลังแก่สถานศึกษาให้ครบทุกกลุ่มสาระ
The purpose of this study were; 1. To study and compare the efficiency of academic administration of administrators in aspects of curriculum, academic management, learning management, library and learning resources, and personal development. evaluation and quality insurance by the opinion of the teachers in lab school project in three southern border provinces. 2. To study the effectiveness of academic administration of administrators in lab school project in three southern border provinces intems of student effectiveness, teacher effectiveness, school effectiveness and community and parent effectiveness. 3. to collect to problems and suggestions on academic administrations of administrators in lab school project in three southern border provinces.<br />
The 329 samples consist of those who answered the questionnaire which were Academic Heads , Subject Areas Heads, and teachers while 11 samples were the Principle. The instrument of this study was the rating scale questionnaire to cover the academic development in lab school project. The interview was the unstructured interview to collect the data from principle trough the effectiveness of academic administration of administrators on aspects of student effectiveness, teacher effectiveness, school effectiveness and community and parent effectiveness. The reliability value of the instrument was 0.9831 Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and F ? tests were used to analyze the data. <br />
The findings were: 1. The efficiency of academic administration of administrators in lab school project in three southern border provinces were at moderate level. 2. The result of comparison of efficiency of academic administration of administrators accordance to the position of the teacher were not different except in aspect of personal development. 3. The result of comparison of efficiency of academic administration of administrators accordance to the school size were different at 0.05 level of significance. 4. The effectiveness of academic administration of administrators in lab school project in three southern border provinces in aspect of student effectiveness, teacher effectiveness, school effectiveness, and community and parent effectiveness, in a whole aspect were increase. 5. The highest number of problems in academic administration of administrators in lab school project in three southern border provinces were the school had over number of the teacher but lack teacher in some subject areas, lack of modern learning and teaching material, and lack of budget and it do not base on the true need of the school. The suggestion from administrators were the Ministry of Education should offer the budget to the school to organized by them self and the office which concern to the manpower have to sent the teacher to complete in every subject areas. |
