บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
????การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ <br />
1.ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในโครงการขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในเขตการศึกษา 2 <br />
2.เปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในโครงการขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการดำรงตำแหน่งผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขนาดและจังหวัดที่ต่างกัน <br />
3.ศึกษาปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในโครงการขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในเขตการศึกษา 2 <br />
????กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในโครงการขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในเขตการศึกษา 2 ปีการศึกษา 2537 จำนวน 89 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าเอฟ <br />
????ผลการวิจัย พบว่า <br />
1.ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในโครงการขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ปฏิบัติงานมีประสิทธิภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี ส่วนรายด้านพบว่า ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนปฏิบัติด้านวิชาการมีประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง <br />
2.ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในโครงการขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ที่ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ มีประสิทธิภาพสูงกว่าขนาดกลาง ในงานธุรการและการเงิน งานอาคารสถานที่ งานความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 <br />
3.ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในโครงการขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ที่ปฏิบัติงานในจังหวัดที่ต่างกัน ประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานโดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน <br />
4.ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในโครงการขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานที่มีประสบการณ์ต่างกัน มีประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานโดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน <br />
5.ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะ ปัญหาที่สำคัญ คือ การขาดแคลนอาคารเรียนและบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ความสามารถเฉพาะด้าน ข้อเสนอแนะ คือ ควรแก้ไขโดยการจัดสรรงบประมาณและจัดบุคลากรให้สอดคล้องกับความจำเป็น
This research is intended (1) investigate the performance efficiency of primary school administrators in the Project to Expand Opportunities in Furdamental Education in Educational Region II, (2) to compare the performance efficiency of the said administrators who work in schools of different sizes and in different provinces, and (3) to look into problems and suggestions pertaining to improvement of performance efficiency of primary school administrators in the Project to Expand Opportunities in Fundamental Education in Educational Region II. All investigation is based on the perception of school administrators.<br />
The population of this study consists of 89 primary school administrators in the Project to Expand Opportunities in Fundamental Education in Educational Region II of the 1994 academic year. In collecting the data, a Likert-scale questionnaire, the reliability of which is 0.88-0.97, is used. The questionnaire contains 59 items covering 6 areas of school administration: academic affairs, student affairs, personnel, admistrative affairs and finance, phisical facilities, and school-community relations. It also contains open-ended questions aimed at gathering problems and suggestions pertaining to improvement of performance efficiency of primary school administrators. Percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and F-test are used in data analysis.<br />
The research findings are as follows:<br />
1. The overall performance efficiency of primary school administrators in the Project to Expand Opportunities in Fundamental Education is found to be at a "good" level. However, in the administration of academic affairs, their performance efficiency is found to be at a moderate level.<br />
2. Primary school administrators in the project to Expand Opportunities in Fundamental Education, who work in large-sized schools have greater efficiency in their administration of administrative affairs and finance, physical facilities, and school-community relations than those who work in medium-sized schools. The significant difference is at 0.05.<br />
3. With respect to the overall performance efficiency as well as their efficiency in each area of administration, primary school administrators in the Project to Expand Opportunities in Fundamental Education, who work in different provinces are found not to differ.<br />
4. With respect to the overall performance efficiency as well as their efficiency in each area of administration, primary school administrators in the Project to Expand Opportunities in Fundamental Education, who have different work experiences are found not to differ.<br />
5. Most school administrators agree that lack of classroom building and specialized personnel binders their performance efficiency. It has been suggested that sufficient budget and personnel be properly allocated to meet the immediate needs. |
