1. คณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาอำเภอปฏิบัติงานในด้านการเสนอความดีความชอบประจำปีของข้าราชการครู อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านการประสานการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียน ด้านการเสนอแนะการแต่งตั้งผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ด้านการปฏิบัติการอื่นตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด และตามที่คณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดมอบหมาย และด้านการปฏิบัติการอื่นๆ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
2. คณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาอำเภอที่มีสถานภาพต่างกัน ปฏิบัติงานในด้านการเสนอเสนอแนะการแต่งตั้งผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ด้านการปฏิบัติการอื่นๆ แตกต่างกันดดยที่หัวหน้าการประถมศึกษาอำเภอและผู้แทนข้าราชการครู ปฏิบัติการอยู่ในระดับสูงกว่านายอำเภอและศึกษาธิการอำเภอ ส่วนอีก 3 ด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
3. คณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาอำเภอมีประสบการณ์การทำงานและคุณวุฒิต่างกัน ฏิบัติงานในด้านการเสนอเสนอแนะการแต่งตั้งผู้บริหารโรงเรียนแตกต่างกันส่วนอีก 4 ด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
4. คณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาอำเภอที่มีพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงานต่างกัน การปฏิบัติงานทั้ง 5 ด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
สำหรับปัญหาและอุปสรรค ข้อเสนอแนะในการปรับปรุงบทบาทของคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาอำเภอมีหลายประการ ได้แก่
This research was intended to investigate the Task performance of District Primary Education Commission in Educational Region II. A total sum of 252 members constituted the personnel population under the District Primary Education Commission in the provinces of Yala ,Pattani , Narathtwat and Satun. The instrument for data Collection comprised three parts Part one was a checkliston the respondents background information part two was a rating scale questionnaire on performance according to the roles of District Primary Education Commission on 5 aspects of task performances coordination of school management recommendation for assignment of school administers task assessment for annual promotion of teachers other action takings prescribed by law and delegated by Provincial Primary Education Commission and any other tasks and part three was an open-ended question on problems of and related issues as well as suggestions for improvement of the roles of District Primary Education Commission In the data analysis the statistics were employed using percentage arithmetic mean and standard deviation
The results indicated that
1. The performance on task assessment for annual Promotion of teachers was at a high level while that on coordination of school management recommendations for assignment by law and delegated by Provincial Primary Education Commission and any other tasks were at a moderate Level.
2. There was a significant difference between the District Primary Education Commission with ox officio status Difference in the task performance on recommendations for
assignment of school administrators and any other tasks. However there was no significant difference between those With ex officio status difference in other three tasks.
3. There was a significant difference between the District Primary Education Commission with difference in work experience and education attainment in the task performance on recommendations for attainment of school administrators. However there was no significant difference between those with difference in work experience and educational
education in other four tasks.
4. There was on significant difference between the District Primary Education district Primary Education with assigned location Difference in all 5 aspects of task performance. As for issues and problems along with the respondents Suggestions tor the improvement of the task performances of The District Primary Education Commission were as follows Firstly the task on coordination of the school management Was too broad and vaguely stated the guideline for the task Should clearly stated and adequately manageable. Secondly the problems concerning the task on the recommendation for assignment of school administrators were in that laws regulations and rules underlying the such assignment were not well appropriate all laws regulations and related to such issues need to be appropriately amended. Third there wasa serious lack of supporting information for the purposes of annual promotion of fellow teachers the office of district Primary Education should be well equipped with sufficient Information regarding such purposes. Fourth the problems with other Education were that the Commission almost never Assigned any tasks to be taken more tasks should be created and assigned to the district Primary Education district Primary Education and finally the problems on any other tasks were that there was a lack of the close coordination between the district Primary Education district Primary Education Commission and the school-cluster heads the school-cluster heads should keep the District Primary Education Commission more informed.
