บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
การศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ เพื่อพัฒนาลุ่มน้ำโก-ลค เป็นการศึกษาขั้นสำรวจ (Exploratory Study) เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของประชากรและชุมชนในบริเวณลุ่มน้ำโก-ลค เพื่อช่วยในโครงการวางแผนเพื่อพัฒนาลุ่มน้ำโก-ลค ซึ่งมีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อเพิ่มรายได้ และปรับปรุงสวัสดิการทางสังคมของประชากรในพื้นที่ให้ดีขึ้น สำหรับตอนที่ 4 : ข้อมูลทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของชุมชน : ศึกษาจากผู้นำชุมชน ผู้วิจัยได้ใช้รูปแบบ Comparison Group Expost Facto Study Design ประเภท Cross-Sectional Design โดยเปรียบเทียบระหว่าง 3 กลุ่มอาชีพ คือ ชาวนา ชาวสวนยาง และกลุ่มอาชีพผสม ใช้ตัวอย่างผู้นำชุมชน จำนวน 45 คน ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลปรากฎดังนี้<br /><br /><br /><br />
สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกขั้นพื้นฐานที่มีเป็นจำนวนมากในชุมชน ได้แก่ ถนน โรงเรียนชั้นประถมและศาสนสถาน ปัญหาสำคัญเกี่ยวกับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกขั้นพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ การเจ็บป่วย ถนนไม่สะดวก และไฟฟ้า ปัญหาด้านการเกษตรที่สำคัญ คือ ดินไม่ดี น้ำไม่พอ น้ำท่วม แรงงานไม่พอเพียง และไร่นาขนาดเล็ก น้ำท่วมเป็นปัญหารุนแรงทุกปี เกษตรกรได้รับความเสียหายเป็นส่วนใหญ่ ขณะเดียวกัน ฝนแล้งขาดแคลน้ำ ก็เป็นปัญหาในระดับรุนแรงด้วย ทำให้ผลผลิตลดลงและพืชผลตาย<br /><br /><br /><br />
ประมาณครึ่งหนึ่งของชุมชนที่ทำการศึกษา มีโครงการชลประทานในพื้นที่ แหล่งน้ำใช้สำคัญในครัวเรือนของชุมชน คือน้ำบ่อ น้ำฝน พืชสำคัญที่ปลูกในชุมชน นอกจากยางและข้าวแล้ว ยังมีเงาะ ทุเรียน ลางสาด และลองกอง เกษตรกรมีพื้นที่ถือครองเพื่อการเกษตร น้อยกว่าคนละ 5 ไร่ และปลูกพืชเพียงครั้งเดียวในแต่ละปี เหตุที่ไม่สามารถเพาะปลูกสองครั้งได้ เพราะการขาดแคลนน้ำ มีศัตรูพืชรบกวน และมีพื้นที่ขนาดเล็กเกินไป<br /><br /><br /><br />
สมาชิกในครัวเรือนในหมู่บ้าน ส่วนใหญ่ออกไปทำงานนอกหมู่บ้านที่ประเทศมาเลเซียมากที่สุด งานที่ไปทำ ได้แก่ รับจ้างทำงานก่อสร้าง รับจ้างทำสวนปาล์ม และกรีดยาง ปีละ 2-3 เดือน สาเหตุที่ออกไปเพราะแหล่งงานภายนอก ค่าจ้างสูงกว่า
Golok River Basin Feasibility Study is an exploratory Study aiming at Collecting information on the socio-economic characteristics of the Golok River Basin population to assist in the project planning for development. The aim for development is to raise incomes and im-prove sociol welfare. For Part TV : Socio-Economic Data of the community : a study from village headmen, the researchers used comparison Group Ex Post Facto Study Design, cross-sectional Design categery. It compares among three professional groups namely, padi smallholders, rubber smallholders and mixed (padi-rubber) smallholders. 45 village heamen were selected as samplings. The analysis results as follows. <br /><br /><br /><br />
A lot of the community infrastructures are roads, elementary schools, and holy places. important problems concerning infrasstructures are Sickness, inconcenient roads and electricity. Important agricultural diffeciencies and small size land. Flooding are annual serious problems affected a great agricultural loss. On the other hand, when there is no rain, it become a critical problem affecting product decrease or loss.<br /><br /><br /><br />
About half of the studied community has irragation projects in the area. Community Water resources are water wells and rians. Importants plantations, besides paddy and rubber, are rambutans, burlans, langsats and longkongs. Land of agrioultural purposes owned by the agricultures are less than 5 rais per person, and plantation takes place once a year. The resons for unables to plant twice a year are due to Water difficiency pests, and small size of land.<br /><br /><br /><br />
Most of the household members in the villages go out to work in Malaysia. Most of works done there are coustruction work, oil palm plantation, and rubber tapping for 2-3 months annually. the reason for going out is because payments are better. |
