<dd>การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1.ศึกษาระดับผลการดำเนินงานตามโครงการ 2.ศึกษาคุณลักษณะของครูที่สัมพันธ์กับการดำเนินงานตามโครงการ 3.ศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการดำเนินงานตามโครงการส่งเสริมโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามเป็นโรงเรียนชุมชน เขตการศึกษา 2 <br />
<dd>กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้เป็นครูที่ปฏิบัติการสอนวิชาสามัญในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามตามโครงการส่งเสริมโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามเป็นโรงเรียนชุมชน เขตการศึกษา 2 จำนวน 189 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบไคสแควร์และสัมประสิทธิ์การณ์จร <br />
<dd>ผลการวิจัยพบว่า <br />
1.การดำเนินงานตามโครงการส่งเสริมโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามเป็นโรงเรียนชุมชน เขตการศึกษา 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง <br />
2.คุณลักษณะของครู ได้แก่ ความสามารถในการใช้ภาษามลายูท้องถิ่นและที่พักอาศัย มีความสัมพันธ์กับการดำเนินงานตามโครงการส่งเสริมโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามเป็นโรงเรียนชุมชน เขตการศึกษา 2 ด้านการส่งเสริมการเรียนการสอนศาสนาเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนและปฏิบัติตนตามระเบียบวินัยที่สอดคล้องกับระบบประชาธิปไตยอันมีพระมหากษัตริย์เป็นประมุข อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.01 และ 0.05 ตามลำดับ สำหรับวุฒิการศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับการดำเนินงานตามโครงการส่งเสริมโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามเป็นโรงเรียนชุมชน เขตการศึกษา 2 โดยรวม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 และความพึงพอใจในการดำเนินงานตามโครงการมีความสัมพันธ์กับการดำเนินงานตามโครงการส่งเสริมโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามเป็นโรงเรียนชุมชน เขตการศึกษา 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านทั้ง 4 ด้านอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.01 ส่วนเพศและศาสนาไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการดำเนินงานตามโครงการส่งเสริมโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามเป็นโรงเรียนชุมชน เขตการศึกษา 2 <br />
3.ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการดำเนินงานตามโครงการส่งเสริมโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามเป็นโรงเรียนชุมชน เขตการศึกษา 2 ของครูที่ปฏิบัติการสอนวิชาสามัญส่วนใหญ่เห็นว่าขาดวิทยากรและบุคลากรที่จะมาให้ความรู้ ขาดอุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอน อุปกรณ์การกีฬา อุปกรณ์เกี่ยวกับการพยาบาลและสนามกีฬาคับแคบ
This research is intended (1) to investigate the operational level of the Project to promote islumic<br />
Private Schools as Community Schools in Educational Region II,(2) to investigate the correlation <br />
between the teachers? personal details and the operation of the afore-sail project, and (3) to gather problems , issues and suggestions pertaining to the operation of the above project.<br />
Through a Proportional stratified random sampling , 189 samples are drawn from the total population of 359 teachers who teach general subjects in Islamic private schools in Educational Region II .the independent variables addressed in this study are the teachers? personal details<br />
Which include sex, religions denomination , educational attainment, command of local Malay dialect, residence, and contentment with the project operation. The dependent<br />
Variable is the operational level of the Project to promote Islamic private schools as community schools. Four areas of project operation are studied : promotion of optional occupation , promotion of health-care and nutrition, promotion of sports and recreation , and promotion of<br />
Religious instruction for community development and self ?conduct in line with democratic monarchy. in collecting the data, a 5- scale questionnaire is used. The reliability of the questionnaire on contentment with project operation is 0.92 and that on the project operation is 0.95 the data are then analyzed, using percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Chi-square and coefficient of contingency.<br />
The research findings are as follows: <br />
1. The overall operation of the project to promote private Schools as community schools in Educational region ii as well as operation inarch of the four areas studied are found to be at a moderate level.<br />
2. The teachers? command of local Malay dialect and residence are to correlate significantly with the promotion of religious instruction for community development and self- conduct<br />
In line with democratic monarchy at the level of 0.01 and 0.05 , respective ly. Educational <br />
at tainment is found to correlate significantly with the overall operation of the project<br />
to promote Islamic private Schools as community Schools at the level 0.05 <br />
contentment with the project operation is found to correlate significantly with the overall project operation well as operation in each of the four areas studied at the level of 0.01 . however, sex and religious denomination are found to have no correlation with the operation of the project to promote Islamic Schools as community Schools in Educational<br />
region II.<br />
3. Most teachers of general subjects agree that the problems and hindrances of the operation of the project to promote Islamic private Schools as community Schools in Educational region II stem from lack of resource persons and knowledge personnel, shortage of Educational equipment as with as sports and first- aid equipment, and limited space for sports groups.<br />
In accordance with the researcher suggests that authorities in Educational region II provide training on use of local Malay dialect for teachers who teach general subjects in Islamic private Schools ,that school administrators provide them with<br />
Accommodation close to the school compounds, and that opportunities to further their studies be done, and close consultation should be given to increase the teachers?<br />
