บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
<dd>การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1.เพื่อศึกษาระดับความต้องการในการพัฒนาสมรรถภาพทางด้านการสอนของครู สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดใน 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ตามความคิดเห็นของครูและผู้บริหาร จำแนกตามด้านวิชาการ ด้านหลักสูตร ด้านการดำเนินการสอน ด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล และด้านบุคลิกภาพและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ 2.เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัญหาในการพัฒนาสมรรถภาพด้านการสอนของครู ตามความคิดเห็นของครูและผู้บริหาร 3.เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความต้องการในการพัฒนาสมรรถภาพด้านการสอนของครูตามความคิดเห็นของครูและผู้บริหาร 4.เพื่อเปรียบเทียบในการพัฒนาสมรรถภาพด้านการสอนของครูตามความคิดของครูและผู้บริหาร <br />
<dd>กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 115 คน ครู จำนวน 780 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าซี <br />
<dd>ผลการวิจัยพบว่า <br />
1.ครูและผู้บริหารมีความต้องการพัฒนาสมรรถภาพด้านการสอนของครูอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน <br />
2.ครูและผู้บริหารมีปัญหาในการพัฒนาสมรรถภาพด้านการสอนของครูอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง <br />
3.เปรียบเทียบความต้องการในการพัฒนาสมรรถภาพด้านการสอนของครู ตามความคิดเห็นของครูและผู้บริหาร พบว่าไม่แตกต่างกันในทุกด้าน <br />
4.เปรียบเทียบปัญหาในหารพัฒนาสมรรถภาพด้านการสอนของครูตามความคิดเห็นของครูและผู้บริหาร พบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this research were : 1) to study the level of needs in the developing od teaching competence of teachers in the Office of Primary Education in the three Border Provinces of Thailand according to the opinion of teachers and administrators in these following aspects : academic plans, curriculum, teaching process, measurenment and evaluation, personality and human relation. 2) to study the level of problems in the developing of teaching competence of the teachers through the point of view of teachers and administrators. 3) to compare the needs in the developing of teaching competence according to the opinion of teachers and administrators. 4) to compare broblems in the developing of the teaching competence of the teachers according to the points of view of teachers and administrators.<br />
The sample under study consisted of 115 school administrators and 780 teachers in the Office of Primary Education in Yala, ana Narathivas selected by Proportionate stratified sampling. The instrument used in this research was the questionnaire to survey the needs and problems in the developing of teaching competence. The obtained data was summarized by frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation and Z-test.<br />
The result indicated as follow :<br />
1. Teachers and administrators wanted to develop their teaching competence in all aspects mentioned at the high level.<br />
2. Teachers and administrators have problems in developing their teaching competency at the moderate level.<br />
3. The comparison of needs in the developing of teaching competence of teachers and administrators were found to have significance at the level of 0.01 in every aspect mentioned.<br />
4. The comparrison of problems in the developing of teachers teaching competency according to the opinion of teachers and administrators were found to have no Significance at the level of 0.01. |
