บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
<dd>การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์รูปแบบการจัดการสังคมสมบูรณ์แบบในโครงการหมู่บ้านจุฬาภรณ์พัฒนาและหมู่บ้านปิยะมิตร และวิเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินการจัดการสังคมสมบูรณ์แบบของหมู่บ้านเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการสร้างยุทธศาสตร์ต้นแบบในการพัฒนาหมู่บ้าน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ โครงการหมู่บ้านจุฬาภรณ์พัฒนาที่ 6 9 10 12 และโครงการหมู่บ้านปิยะมิตร 1 2 3 และ 4 เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์ จัดประชุมสัมมนาผู้เกี่ยวข้อง นำข้อมูลมาอภิปรายโดยอาศัยเหตุผลเชิงคุณภาพ ผลการวิจัยสรุปผลได้ดังนี้<br />
<dd>1. รูปแบบของการพัฒนาสังคมสมบูรณ์แบบ ประกอบด้วย 1) ผู้นำที่มีประสิทธิภาพ 2) อุดมการณ์ แนวคิด หลักการ 3) การสร้างกลุ่มและการมีส่วนร่วม 4) การพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน 5) การพัฒนาอาชีพ 6 )การพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต โดยองค์ประกอบเหล่านี้ทำให้เกิดความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนและสามารถที่จะพัฒนาให้เจริญก้าวหน้าได้อย่างสมบูรณ์แบบ<br />
<dd>2. หมู่บ้านจุฬาภรณ์พัฒนาและหมู่บ้านปิยะมิตรต่างมีองค์ประกอบดังกล่าวอยู่ในระดับสูงจึงทำให้เป็นหมู่บ้านสังคมสมบูรณ์แบบที่ได้รับการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง และมีโครงการเกิดขึ้นหลายโครงการ เช่น โครงการพัฒนาแหล่งท่องเที่ยว โครงการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์พื้นเมือง โครงการปลูกไม้ดอกเมืองหนาว โครงการปลูกผักน้ำ โครงการฟาร์มเลี้ยงกวาง โครงการฟาร์มเลี้ยงแพะ และโครงการเลี้ยงปลา-กุ้ง ทำให้คุณภาพชีวิตประชาชนในหมู่บ้านมีความสมบูรณ์<br />
<dd>3. ยุทธศาสตร์ในการพัฒนาหมู่บ้านประกอบด้วย 1)ยุทธศาสตร์ในการพัฒนาศักยภาพคนและสังคม 2) ยุทธศาสตร์ในการพัฒนาระบบนิเวศน์และสภาพแวดล้อม 3) ยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมของทุกฝ่ายในการแก้ไขปัญหาและร่วมพัฒนา 4) ยุทธศาสตร์ในการบริหารจัดการ<br />
<dd>ข้อเสนอแนะในการจัดการสังคมสมบูรณ์แบบเพื่อนำไปเป็นตัวอย่างแก่หมู่บ้านอื่นๆ ต้องอาศัยหน่วยงานหรือองค์กรภาครัฐที่จะช่วยผลักดันในการสนับสนุนด้านงบประมาณเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชน รวมทั้งความพร้อมของผู้นำชุมชนและสมาชิกในหมู่บ้านที่มีความตั้งใจและอุดมการณ์เดียวกัน
This research was intended to study and analyze the model for comprehensive societies in the Chulapornpattna Village project and <br />
<br />
the Piyamit Villages project, to analyze the effects of the strategic management. The samples in the study were the local leaders and <br />
<br />
the members of the eight villages, and the related persons in the project. The data collection was deep interview in the field study and <br />
<br />
the data from the seminar by brain-storming and questionnaire. The data analyze was rational qualitative analysis. The results were as <br />
<br />
in the followings. <br />
1. The model of the comprehensive societies are composed of 1) effective leaders 2) philosophical idea and priciples 3) group cohesiveness and participation 4) development of basic infrastructures 5) the career development for quality of life. These factors are effected to the strengthen of community of their villages, and could be the sustainable factor for comprehensive societies.<br />
2. In the two projects, both Chulapornpattana and Piyamit villages, were very high in those mention factors, they were made to the comprehensive societies by the continuation process. They have many projects and well-plans ; the tourism resource projects, local products project, flowers in cold region project, vegetables project, deer-farm project, sheep and goat farm project, and fish-shrimp farm project and so on. The environments and natural resources made them to be the quality of life and fruitful.<br />
3. The strategies in the analysis of the study were 1) the strategy for human resource and social development, 2) the strategy for development in ecology system and the environments 3) the strategy for participation development of the members and other agencies in solving problems 4) the strategy for management.<br />
The suggestions in comprehensive societies management, it should be supported by the government agecies in budgeting allocation for community development. There also should be more efficient in leadership behavior and the participation of the people in the community. They should have intention to develop their communities to be better. |
