บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ <br />
1. ศึกาาระดับขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของพัฒนากรในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ 7 ด้าน 2. เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของพัฒนากรในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ จำแนกตาม อายุ เพศ วุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ การทำงาน สถานที่ทำงาน ภูมิลำเนา ระดับการดำรงตำแหน่ง และการนับถือศาสนา ว่ามัขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานแตกต่างกันหรือไม่ <br />
3. เพื่อทราบปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะที่เกี่ยวข้องกับขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของพัฒนากรในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ <br />
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นพัฒนากรในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ คือ จ. ปัตตานี ยะลา และนราธิวาส จำนวน 125 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูปหาค่าสถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบค่าที ค่าเอฟ ทดสอบรายคู่โดยใช้วิธีของทูคีย์ <br />
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า <br />
1. พัฒนากรในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้มีขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในเกณฑ์สูง <br />
2. พัฒนากรในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ที่มีอายุต่างกันมีขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานแตกต่างกัน <br />
3. พัฒนากรในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ที่มีเพศต่างกัน มีขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติทั้ง 7 ด้าน <br />
4. พัฒนากรในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกันมีขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานแตกต่างกัน <br />
5. พัฒนากรในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกันมีขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานแตกต่างกัน <br />
6. พัฒนากรในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้มีสถานที่ทำงานต่างกันมีขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานไม่แตกต่างกัน <br />
7. พัฒนากรในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ที่มีภูมิลำเนาต่างกันมีขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานต่างกัน <br />
8. พัฒนากรในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ที่มีระดับการดำรงตำแหน่งต่างกัน มีขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานแตกต่างกัน <br />
9. พัฒนากรในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ที่นับถือศาสนาต่างกันมีขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานไม่ต่างกัน
This research was intended (1) to investigate the level of job morale of the community development workers in three southern border provinces in 7 aspects of the community development : job characteristics and status, job security and safety, salary and fringe benefits, fair interpersonnal relationships of the personnal, sense of recognition and success, confidenece in and respect for the immediate superiors, and CD worker-community relations; (2) to compare the extent the job morale of CD in three southern border provinces in all 7 CD aspects in light of age, gender, educational attainment, work experience, office locelly, birthplace, job position and religion; and (3) to gather information on issues, problems of and suggestions for the improvement of the job morale of CD workers in three southern border provinces.<br />
The subjects under study were 125 community workers in Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat in the fiscal 1992. The instrument for the date collection was a questionnaire, constructed by the researcher, comprising three parts : part one asked for the respondents' demographic information; part two consisted of a rating scale questionnaire on job morale of the CD workers, and part three asked open-ended questions concerning issued, problems of and suggestions for the improvement of the CD workers' job morale. In the data analysis, the statistical procedures employed through the SPSS computer programme were percentage, arithmetic mean, a t-test, and F-test, and Tukey's test for pair-variable comparison.<br />
The findings were the following :<br />
1. Only the aspect of CD worker-community relations of the CD workers is three southern border provinces was at a high level (x=3.78), where as the rest a moderate level in descending order as follows : fair interpersonal relationships of the personnel (x=3.59), a sense of recognition and success (x=3.47), confidence in and respect for the immediate superiors (x=3.41), job characteristics and status (x=3.21), job security and safety (x=3.16), and salary and fringe benefits (x=2.87), respectively.<br />
2. Job morale of the CD workers with age difference was significantly related to the aspect of CD worker community relations (P=0..454), but not related to asll other aspects of CD workers' job morale.<br />
3. Job morale of the male and famale CD workers was not statistically related to any of all 7 CD work.<br />
4. Job morale of the CD workers with educational attainment difference was not statistically related to any of all 7 CD work.<br />
5. Job morale of the CD workers with work experience difference was significantly related to job characteristics (P=0.0017), to a sense of recognition and success (P=0.0025), and to confidence of and respect for the immediate superiors (P=0.0025), but not related to the rest.<br />
6. Job morale of the CD workers with different office locality was not statistically related to any of all 7 CD work.<br />
7. Job morale of the CD workers with birthplace difference was significantly related to the CD worker community relations (P=0.018), but not related to all other aspects of CD workers' job morale<br />
8. Job morale of the CD workers with different job position was significantly related to job characteristics and status (P=0.005), to salary and fringe benefits (P=0.035) and to confidence of and respect for the immediate superiors (P=0.044), but not related to the rest. <br />
9. Job morale of the CD workers with different religion was not statistically related to any of all 7 CD work.<br />
10. Some problems encountered by the CD workers in three southern border provinces, in descending order of severity, were, for instance, (1) per diem allowance, transport and welfare allowance, (2) lack of tools, equipment and facilities in the field work, (3) problem of job promotion, (4) lack of adequate supports from other provincial work units involved, (5) problems of cooperation with other related work units, (6) problems of working in the offices, and (7) a severe lack of the job personnel. |
