บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
<dd>การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ <br /><br />
1.เพื่อศึกษาระดับการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามบทบาทของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครู ผู้แทนผู้ปกครอง ผู้แทนองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในการส่งเสริมงานด้านวิชาการของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดนราธิวาส <br /><br />
2.เพื่อศึกษาระดับคุณภาพงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดนราธิวาส <br /><br />
3.เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบทบาทของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครู ผู้แทนผู้ปกครอง ผู้แทนองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิกับคุณภาพงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดนราธิวาส <br /><br />
<dd>กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครู ผู้แทนผู้ปกครอง ผู้แทนองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดนราธิวาส จำนวน 910 คน เครื่องมือใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการทดสอบค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัใพันธ์ด้วยค่าที <br /><br />
<dd>ผลการวิจัย มีดังนี้ <br /><br />
1.การปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามบทบาทของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครู อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามบทบาทของผู้แทนผู้ปกครอง ผู้แทนองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และผู้ทรงวุฒิคุณอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง <br /><br />
2.คุณภาพงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดนราธิวาส โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง <br /><br />
3.ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามบทบาทของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครู ผู้แทนผู้ปกครอง ผู้แทนองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ กับคุณภาพงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดนราธิวาส มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.01
This research was intended (1) to study the level of the role perfoemance of priciples, teachers, parent representatives, local administration organization representatives, and experts on academic quality of primary school in Changwat Narathiwat, 2) to study the level of academic quality of the primary school in Changwat Narathiwat, and 3) to investigate the relationship between the role performance of pricipals, teachers, parent representatives, local acministration organization representatives, and experts on academic quality of primary schools in Changwat Narathiwat. The subjects were 910 persons from principals, teachers, parent representatives, local acministration organization representatives, and experts in primary schools in Changwat Narathiwat. The relibility of the Questionnaire about the role performance of pricipals, teachers, parent representatives, local acministration organization representatives, and experts on academic quality of primary schools in arithmetic means, standard deviations, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and t0test, arithmetic means, standard deviations, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and t-test. <br /><br />
The research findings were as follows:<br /><br />
1. The level of the role performance of pricipals and teachers were overall at the high level and the role performance of parent representatives, local administration organization representatives, and experts were overall at a medium level.<br /><br />
2. The level of academic quality of the primary school in Changwat Narathiwat was overall at a medium level.<br /><br />
3. The relationship between the role performance of principals, teachers, parent representatives, local acministration organization representatives, experts, and the academic quality of primary schools in Changwat Narathiwat were significantly related positive at the 0.01 level. |
