บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
<dd>การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ <br />
1.ศึกษาระดับคุณลักษณะของหัวหน้าการประถมศึกษาอำเภอที่ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาชนบท ตามความคิดเห็นของครูประถมศึกษาสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ <br />
2.เปรียบเทียบระดับคุณลักษณะของหัวหน้าการประถมศึกษาอำเภอที่ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาชนบท ตามความคิดเห็นของครูประถมศึกษาสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ <br />
<dd>กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ คือ ครูประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดปัตตานี ยะลา นราธิวาส จำนวน 386 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที <br />
<dd>ผลการวิจัยพบว่า <br />
<dd>ระดับคุณลักษณะของหัวหน้าการประถมศึกษาอำเภอตามความคิดเห็นของครูประถมศึกษาที่มีตำแหน่งต่างกัน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ส่วนความคิดเห็นครูประถมศึกษาที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน ไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research was intended (1) to investigate the characteristics of the Heads of District Primary Education favorable to rural development, as perceived by primary school teachers in three southern border provinces, and (2) to compare these teachers' perceptions of those characteristics.<br />
Through a multistage sampling, 386 subjects are drawn from 11,043 primary school teachers under the Official of primary Education in Chanwat Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat. The independent variables include job position, working experience and level of education. The dependent variables are the characteristics of the Heads of District Primary Education favorable to rural development, which are classified into five areas; knowledge and competence, ieadership, human relations, code of conduct and dedication to rural development. The instrument used is a 5-scale questionnaire, the reliability of which is 0.98. Percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and t-test are used in data analysis.<br />
The findings are as follows:<br />
1. By the overall as well as in each are, the characteristics of the Heads of District Primary Education, as perceived by the subjects, are at a high level.<br />
2. The subjects of different job positions have different perceptions of the characteristics of the Heads of District Primary Education. The significant difference is at the level of .02. However, with respect to differences in working experiences and levels of education, the subjects' perceptions are not significantly different.<br />
Based on the above findings, the researcher would like to suggest that in order to help the Heads of District Primary Education attain the characteristics favorable to rural development, the Official of national Primary Education Commission should organize training on strategies and goals of rural development, interdepertmental cooerdition as well as basic knowledge and understanding of the committies in which the Heads of District Primary Education would perform their fuctions. The Official od Provincial Primary Education should set up its policy to promote rural development in lines with the Ministry of Education's ruaral development policy. Besides, as an encouragement to the teachers, rehular school visits should be paid and follow-up evaluation of the teachers' performances should be done by the Heads of District Primary Education. |
