บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
<dd>การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทที่ปฎิบัติจริงและบทบาทที่คาดหวังในการใช้การศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในโครงการการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาหมู่บ้านในชนบทตามความเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครูและนักเรียน <br />
<dd>กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ กลุ่มประชากรเป้าหมายที่เป็นโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในโครงการการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาหมู่บ้านในเขตชนบท สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดปัตตานี ที่เข้าโครงการตั้งแต่ปีงบประมาณ 2526-2533 จำนวน 144 โรง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ตอบแบบสอบถามประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครูและนักเรียน จำนวน 824 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าการทดสอบที ค่าการทดสอบเอฟ และการทดสอบพหุคูณแบบเชฟเฟ่<br />
<dd>ผลการวิจัยพบว่า<br />
1. บทบาทที่ปฎิบัติจริงในการใช้การศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในโครงการการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาหมู่บ้านในชนบทอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบบทบาทที่ปฎิบัติจริงระหว่างโรงเรียนที่เข้าโครงการช่วงปีงบประมาณ2526-2528, 2529-2531 กับ 2532-2533 ไม่แตกต่างกัน<br />
2. บทบาทที่คาดหวังในการใช้การศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในโครงการการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาหมู่บ้านในชนบท อยุ่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบบทบาทที่คาดหวังระหว่างโรงเรียนที่เข้าโครงการในช่วงปีงบประมาณ 2526-2528 และ 2529-2531 ได้รับการคาดหวังให้ใช้การศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนมากกว่าโรงเรียนที่เข้าโครงการในช่วงปีงบประมาณ 2532-2533 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01<br />
3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบบทบาทที่ปฎิบัติจริงกับบทบาทที่คาดหวังในการใช้การศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในโครงการการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาหมู่บ้านในชนบท พบว่า โรงเรียนควรมีบทบาทที่คาดหวังในการใช้การศึกาาเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนให้มากกว่าบทบาทที่ปฎิบัติจริงในปัจจุบันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01<br />
4. ปัญหาในการใช้การศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในโครงการการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาหมู่บ้านในชนบท อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ปัญหาสำคัญที่พบคือ การขาดแคลนครูที่มีความรู้ความสามารถเฉพาะวิชา การขาดแคลนเงินงบประมาณสนับสนุน การดำเนินงานตามโครงการ ความยากจนของประชาชน การขาดแคลนเครื่องมือ เครื่องใช้และวัสดุอุปกรณ์ในการดำเนินงานตามโครงการ และความแตกต่างในการอ่านออกเขียนได้ของประชาชน<br />
<dd>ส่วนข้อเสนอแนะคือ ควรจัดอบรมครูในสาขาวิชาที่โรงเรียนขาดแคลน จัดสรรเงินงบประมาณสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานตามโครงการให้เพียงพอและต่อเนื่องทุกปี สนับสนุนและส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนประกอบอาชีพที่เหมาะสมกับท้องถิ่นและมีรายได้แน่นอน ให้การสนับสนุนเครื่องมือ เครื่องใช้วัสดุอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ให้มีมากประเภทและเพียงพอ และควรส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนมีการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทยให้มากขึ้นจนสามารถอ่านออกเขียนได้
This research was intended to investigate the actual and expected roles in community development education (CDE) of expected roles in community development education (CDE) of primary schools in the educational project for rural development (EPRD) as perceived by school administrators, teachers and pupils.<br />
The subjects under study were a total of 824 school administrators, teachers and pupils drawn from 144 primary schools in the EPRD program under the Office of Provincial Primary Education in Changwat Pattani during the fiscal years of 1983-1990. The intrument for the data collection was a rating-scale questionnaire plus open-ended question part, consisting of two versions : version one was for school administrators and teachers as respondents and version two for pupils. The questionnaires were distributed to and collected from the respondents by the researcher, with kind assistance and cooperation from all the District and Provincial Offices of Primary Education in Changwat Pattani. Data were analyzed through the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) computer program using statistics of arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test and Scheffe' method for post hoc multiple comparison test. <br />
The major finding were as follows :<br />
1. The actual roles in community development education of primary schools in the EPRD progrom as perceived by the subjects were at the moderate level. As the comparative result, There was no significant difference in the actual CDE roles of the primary schools under the fiscal years of 1983-1988 and that of 1989-1990. <br />
2. The expected roles in community development education of primary schools in the EPRD program as perceived by the subjects were at the high level. As the comparative results, the expected CDE roles of primary schools under the fiscal years of 1983-1988 were higher than that of 1989-1990 at .01 level.<br />
3. The comparative result of the actual and the expected roles in community development education of primary schools in the EPRD program indicated that the expected CED roles played by primary schools were higher than the actual ones at .01 level.<br />
4. The problems in community development education of primary schools in the EPRD program were percieved at the moderated level. The major problems found were as follows : There was a lack of well-trained, qualified teachers in specialized areas; there was a lack of budget to fund sund such EPRD programs as well as poverty among the local people ; there were a lack of supplies, tools and equipment to support the EPRD programs; and a wide gap of literacy rate among the local people.<br />
Suggestions for solutions to the problems given by the respondents were the following : inservice training programs in specialized areas as needed should be provided; sufficient budget should be allocated to fund the EPRD programs continually and consistently; local people should be earnestly helped in terms of appropriate career preparation, vocational training, and supplementary income compaign. Supplies, tools and equipment to support the EPTD programs should sufficiently be provided. also, literacy campaign of the Thai language should should be truly carried out among non-native Thais. |
