	บทคัดย่อ/Abstract	<dd>การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ <br /> 1.ศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดปัตตานีว่าอยู่ในระดับใด <br /> 2.เปรียบเทียบระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดปัตตานี ระหว่างผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับครูผู้สอนว่าแตกต่างกันหรือไม่ <br /> 3.เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมในการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดปัตตานี ระหว่างผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอนที่มีแบบพฤติกรรมต่างกันว่าแตกต่างกันหรือไม่ <br /> 4.รวบรวมปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานภายในของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอน <br /> <dd>กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ คือ บุคลากรในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดปัตตานี จำนวน 540 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที <br /> <dd>ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียนโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนครูผู้สอนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และพบว่าผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับครูผู้สอนมีระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการนิเทศภายในทั้งภาพรวมและรายขั้นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบระหว่างผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่มีแบบพฤติกรรมประชาธิปไตยกับผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่มีแบบพฤติกรรมเผด็จการโดยรวมและรายขั้น พบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นขั้นตอนการประเมินผลที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 ครูผู้สอนที่มีแบบพฤติกรรมประชาธิปไตยกับแบบพฤติกรรมเผด็จการมีระดับการมีส่วนในการนิเทศทั้งโดยรวมและรายขั้นไม่แตกต่างกัน ปัญหาและอุปสรรค พบว่าส่วนใหญ่ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอนขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจและยังมองไม่เห็นความสำคัญ และความจำเป็นของการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานนิเทศภายในโรงเรียน ไม่ให้ความสำคัญของการศึกษาสภพาปัจจุบัน ปัญหาและความต้องการของโรงเรียน การวางแผนยังไม่สอดคล้องกับสภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหา และความต้องการของโรงเรียนอย่างแท้จริง การปฏิบัติการนิเทศไม่สม่ำเสมอ และส่วนใหญ่ยังเป็นไปในลักษณะตรวจสอบหลักฐานการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอน เมื่อประเมินผลแล้วไม่นำผลการประเมินมาใช้พิจารณาปรับปรุงการปฏิบัติงาน สำหรับข้อเสนอแนะในการมีส่วนร่วมในการนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูผู้สอนมีความเข้าใจมองเห็นความสำคัญของการมีส่วนร่วมในการนิเทศภายใน This research was intended : (1) to investigate the extents of participation in line supervision of the primary school administrators and teachers under the Office of Pattani Provincial Primary Education; (2) to compare the level of participation in line supervision between administrators and teachers; (3) to compare the level of participation in line supervision between the democratic administrators and the authocratic administrators ; and to compare between the democratic teachers and the authocratic teachers; and (4) to gather problems and suggestions in line supervision of the primary schools. <br /> The research samples were primary school staff, consisting of 182 primary school administrators and 358 teachers. The instrument for the data collection was a questionnaire comprising four parts : part one was a checklist on the respondents' information; part two consisted of a 30-item rating scale questionnaire on staff participation in line supervision ; part three consisted of 22 items for inspecting respondents' behavior styles: 11 items for authoratic behavior style; and part four was on open-ended questionnaire on issues, problems and suggestions in line supervision of the primary schools. The statistics for analysis were percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and t-test. <br /> The results indicated that : the participation in line supervision of the primary school administrators as a whole was at a high level and that of the teachers was ata a moderate level, the participation in line supervision of the primary school administrators and that of the teachers as a whole and at each step differed at a statistical significant level (.01). In comperison, the participation in line supervision of the democratic administrators and that of the authocratic administrators were not different both as a whole and at each step. The exceotion could be found only in their evaluation steps which were significantly different at .05 level. As for the participation in line supervision of thedemocratic primary school teachers as compared with that of the authocratic ones, no difference could be found at the statistical significant level, both as a whole and at each step. <br /> As for the problems of participation in line supervision of the primary school administrators and that of the teachers, some important issues were that they did not understand the issues and the implication for needs ; the planning did not correspond to school's current problems and needs; the line sopervition was irregular only examined the teachers' written records instead of being the actual supervision, and the evaluation results were not impkemented for the teachers' performance improvement. <br /> The respondents proposed the following improvement : there should be a program of conferences, training, and seminars with an emphasis on the encouragement and needs of participation in line supervision for all school administrators and teachers.
